    In an at will state (Alabama) if you can prove the reason given was false, do you have a case?

    I was terminated one month before my 2nd year as a logistics CSR. I was never given any explanation aside from a general email that stated company had to make cuts because of damages from hurricane Ian in ft Myers fl. I was in Miami and corporate was in ft Myers. I had many suspicion on something else going on.
    I’ll list em here.
    -never got written up nor had any complaints about my productivity
    - received 2 raises within my first year so maybe I was over paid.
    -a new girl was hired to help me 3 to 6 months before I was let go.
    -got into a slight altercation with a team lead over a inappropriate disrespectful joke.
    -ft Myers had 3 CSRs in the office while in Miami it was only 2 of us. Why couldn’t they cut 1 from ft Myers?
    It been 5 months now but would I have had a case?

    I was watching your video at the end of your video Southern cut my attention?? I was a whistleblower and got fired the next day doing that. Employed they was putting false documentation in my files I complaining about that and I have proof!!
    First year my evaluation was good the second year my graduation was bad after I made complaints about manager and direct manager letting both documentation being my file.. making it seem like I have a behavior problem I was employed for 9 years 2 years and into another department and all this happened... Do I have a case

    If I was attacked on the job then fired due to my boss thinking I hurt someone but the guy who said I hurt him injured me.this happened even though criminal court case was tossed out what should I do

    In Arizona,
    is it illegal for an employer to knowingly misrepresent or under report an employees weekly quota numbers and performance.
    For example, fabricating low performance numbers and quotas that clearly don't match the numbers from daily spread sheets,
    Then uses the faulse numbers as a basis to give a written warning and ultimately to terminate the employee.
    If the employee can produce Ironclad proof that those numbers were grossly incorrect.

    I was fired on the spot, given the excuse my position was "not longer needed" without a warning, on my last day of payroll period. I was the only person in charge of my position, I had to take my days off separately because there was nobody else to do my job; I know my position is still needed, but Owners and the GM decided to give it to someone else. Is that considered wrongful termination?
    And I know that my performance was excellent, never cost the company any mistakes, the new GM said tha he heard very good things about me, but he seemed to not believe that.

      Hi good morning; for example after a wrongful termination in my job and I passed one year before I got a job if I win the case do they're going to pay me for one year l did passed without job?

    Hi what if at your job you come back on time from lunch or brake and you got some candies and drinks to take home after work and you saved it on the locker for later and then someone asked you to open the locker and fires you for the not open drinks is that what I think that they were wrong to terminate me after 8 years there working

      Hello Vernon . I do understand that you had a previous wrongful termination. Our company is a lawyer referral service and you be be entitled to also workers Compensation damages too back to 4 years from termination of your job. I would like to see if you do qualify.       Im in MO a at will state. But was terminated and replaced during my scheduled time off for not replying to text or phone call while on vacation. Then asked to come back to work for the person that was hired to replace me. After which the supervisor retaliated against me by complaining and nit picking till i was released completely after i complained. Ive never had a write up or complaint the entire 3 1/2 years ive worked. Never took off always dependable working several areas to maintain operations when they had no one else. Would or do i have a case?

    I was hired by my employer to be their General Manager, I let them know that I wasn't train in being a General Manager. I was told that I would be trained because of my years of experience in my field. Near the end of my 90 day period I told that my position was being reconstructed and that it was no longer needed. This company recruited me, I had pretty good job already but I was enticed by there offer believed that this would be a great opportunity being that I was approaching my retirement age and being a disable vet would offer me the chance to improve my abilities in my field and make difference. Now I have collect unemployment and lost my insurance for my family. Now would this be consider a wrongful termination.

      You can file a claim under the family sick leave act if you were denied they should of had posters where you work if it was more then 180 days your claim might be exhausted. You have proof you had Covid the hospital tested or test results help your case . There were
      laws in place to receive Covid money and osha was handling the complaints .

    I got terminated for being hurt and on disability and have text and drs note i sent to hr manager.
