Yeh so I just got scammed by this last night. Didn't know it was a scam at all as the process seemed pretty legit. Sent the trade offer to a friend who knew I was going to do it but the trade never went to him. Lost about $2.5K worth of skins and I'm honestly so upset and frustrated as I worked so hard for them. Honestly don't know what to do.
Same bro just lost $800 to some soulless russian fucks that seemed really nice until they got my items n blocked me immediately please be careful everyone that finds themselves in a similar situation

yeah that anyway but the point in this video is (and what just happened for me - i dont klick on links tho) that someone asks you who u already have in ur friendlist. I just got invited by a guy i played with for 1,5 years, and now he got hacked and someone wrote me on his account.
was using looking for play and was invited to a server, once it asked for me to sign in to the Faceit hub, i just left the server and blocked the dude lol
Im not entirely sure im pretty sure you need to change your API key but im not quite sure on how to do that. Also always check were your trades are going in the mobile app or whatever.
i get this scammed today. a guys invite me to join league call GAMMA league . and ask me to verify account . and got error on trade boy verification . same shit as you. ask me to send trade all item and cancel . and i fucking lost all my item . IS that faceit scam or the scammer create the the league ?

I dont get it, you searched for legit faceit site right? Or was faceit compromised?
ya they use the legit faceit site, they get you to join a server which askes you to log in with your steam and that copies your API key.
