I misread title as "F-16 Thunderbird pilot Recruiting fellow DCS F-16 drivers for Worlds First and Only Premier Vitural T-Birds demonstration team lead by former Thunderbird". Cheers!!
@@4head527 there is a DCS Thunderbird squadron and their good at formation exercises but if "NEO" could organize an Actual Demonstration Team leading the squadron as a T-bird veteran, the channel would absolutely Blow Up!
I just got back from a weekend of watching the Thunderbirds at Sun n Fun 50th Aerospace Expo. Amazing skill and talent! You have to be proud to be a part of the Thunderbird legacy.
When you spawn with bombs and or tanks the game puts the jet in CAT III. So the initial Caution was the stores config warning when he jettisoned the tanks. Could see the light on the right side caution panel. I’m sure Ryan knows and was not worried about or paying attention to it. It is something relatively new to the DCS F16 to give those warnings.
So awesome! I can’t even imagine having to take that final flight in your T-Bird F-16!!! That’s a flight that you’d never want to end!!! What an awesome career bro!!!
this is giving me a flashback of a multiplayer 4YA nevada server and that area still belonged to the enemy and I was making maverick runs in the viper when they started launch multiple sa 2s at me "SMOKE IN THE AIR!! Dumping chaffe and flares. I ran behind the hills to block the sams from getting me! I think I was evil laughing as they'd smack the mountains as I scream down to the deck hugging the valleys behind them. Come back up, shoot again, and theyd shoot again. Rinse and repeat. HE LIVES!! In vr, it is so much fun!
Very cool @Max Afterburner I was a Parachute Survival Equipment with the 57 EMS back in 88-92. We packed the ACESII for the T-Birds. Use to also go to Creech well in was called Indian Springs back then. Thanks for the video!
A funny story, we use to drive up to Charleston load a bunch of snow in the truck and drive back to barracks at Nellis and have snowball fights. Good times!
@@MaxAfterburnerusa We all know Maverick got away with it many times, but apparently you did not. I was just wondering why you would stop flying jets. Is it age? Is it because there is no more possible growth in the career?
@@MaxAfterburnerusa VR is so good. For us civvies it’s as close as we’ll get. What flightstick are you using? Atm I’m just using a f18 stick centre mounted alongside a WinWing f16 throttle, very tempted to get a force sensing stick on the side

I thought this was a landing tutorial based off the title. This made even more funny by you messing up your landing.
I haven’t been able to play DCS in about 6 months now and i miss it so much. Gotta get my setup back up and running. Great video as always bro!
Awesome video Max!

Stationed at MacDill in early 90s and loved watching the F-16s daily! So jealous. Great video btw
Very cool. USAF. San Diego Ca
Does the real F-16 feel like it is riding on ice while on the take of roll? Is lateral stability that bad on take off? Or is it just an ED thing?
Must have been a blast. I wanted to be a Viper control stick actuator, but I'm blind as a bat without my glasses.
Awesome!!!

That’s awesome!
I just can't even imagine how much you've suffered with all those terrible views ;) . Amazing Ryan!
The Mt Charleston lodge use to have a awesome beverage The Mt Charleston Coffee... Sitting around the fireplace with friends, Great memories!
Love hearing that!
This is sick!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Do you still fly, or just not Thunderbirds?
you guys ever use the HMCS when doing thunderbird shit?
did they let you fly "for fun" because they knew youd be leaving soon? or was it more official than that
Pulling straight up with a Fighter Jet it will never stall until you reach maximum height is that right?
I think Mace Curran was hiking on that mountain..
Do you use Tobii rye tracker?
Why did you leave the airforce?
I buzzed the tower too many times

No support for AVP on DCS at the moment.
