I did a similar pattern and it looks great but selecting all the faces takes an absurd amount of time and my computer froze multiple times when doing this. Also I ran into a big issue since the sides of my lure that I wanted the pattern on consisted of 3 faces and the program wouldn´t allow extrusion of scales that projected onto more than one face. I went with the really dumb fix of tracing the outlines of the three faces into the sketch and extruding three times. With the computer lagging for minutes every time I modified the sketch this took me hours to complete. This taught me a lot tho, great tutorial, thank you!

you must have a monstrously good computer, mine started lagging like crazy as soon as I made the pattern.

Would you consider doing a model for me, I currently make lures to sell and use silicone molds from lures I carve by hand.....I’d love to get a printed or milled two piece mold made from a precise model....if so please let me know cost, thank you., also do you have access to CNC milling?

Must be a way to make 2 scales (Chamfered and all) and pattern the feature across the lure.
