Here is an easy recipe to follow,... a recipe that won't disappoint.

INGREDIENTS
1 bundle bodi - as referred to in the Caribbean...(aka. long beans)
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 to 5 pimento peppers
Hot pepper (optional)
Salt (to taste)
Vegetable oil (about 1 potspoon)
1 large flat pan / pot with lid

Folks! I need help. Mixing flour by hand isn't my thing but I love pot/roast bake. I thought I'd "cheat" by using a bread maker just to mix the dough but it came out rubbery. Is there an easy way to mix pot bake or should I give up? Thanks in advance!
