Nice bro! I was there 2001 and in that time it was almost no tourist there. Me and my friend was there for 1 week and we took a bus trip 16h north to Inner Lake (I think). We arrived around 3.30 am and it was pitch black and we didn’t know where to go and then a guy told us to wait until 7-8 o’clock am to get a pickup taxi to the place we were going to. I also felt like u did with the people and though they would rob o kill us 😂😂 We found out that the people only were curious when they saw tourists. The temple Shwedagon Pagoda was amazing! I’m the guy who served you food in Stockholm. Think you ate salmon. Nice video. Keep up the work!
There is nothing to worried about being a black guy in burma, Sometimes they will mistakenly thought you are indian,because we live closely with indians together since colonial eras come again: )
