Another point: ప్రజలతో కలిస్తే మానవతా దృక్పథం ఏర్పడుతుంది. అట్లా కలవని వారికి అసలు మానవతా దృక్పథం ఆలోచన ఉండదు. దివ్యంగులకు కావల్సింది అదే. పోలియో లాంటి బాలారిష్టాలు అధికమించి ఆ స్థాయి రావాలి కదా. ఎంత టైం పడుతుంది. ఫుల్ పార్టిసిపేషన్ అని పార్లమెంట్లో చట్టం చేసి, అవి అమలు జరపాల్సిన అధికారులు ఇలా మాట్లాటడం తగదు.

Franklin D. Roosevelt was less abled but worked better than many abled by serving as the President of the USA 3 times (the only President to get elected thrice in the USA's history). Of course, he may not have served as the army general. So, the less abled people are perfectly suitable for civil services such as IAS and may not be suitable for services such as IPS.

You are right sir! I fully appreciate your arguments. But for inefficient administration, non development, the main reason is politicians. Civil servants make and implement the policies. There are so many recommendations provided by the 2ns ARC to improve the working efficiency, transparency, accountability of the civil services. But still years are going But the legislature is not taking action. And who selected the legislative members. These irresponsible people without any knowledge about the MLA/MP candidates. My main argument is, for the country to be developed holistically, not only civil servants, everyone should work towards the betterment of the society including people with their active participation , legislature with accountability , executive with transparency.
