How we'll know the value of current?
You have to check the datasheet of the device or measure the current by using Ammeter
QUESTION, WHAT IF 10 3MM LED LIGHT IN 1 BATTERY 9V IN A ROW WHAT RESISTOR DO I USE? OR SHOULD USE 390 OHMS 10 RESISTOR EQUIVALENT TO 10 LED LIGHT I MEAN 1 RESISTOR PAIR LED LIGHT? IN ORDER TO FIT 1 BATTERY 9 VOLT? WHAT HAPPEN IF WE DONT USE RESITOR? HOW MANY LED LIGHT CAN BE LIGHT UP? :)
what if we use a battery with 27V and 9 lamps, each have 3V, in series, do we need to use resistor?
No
Because if you use a 9 led in series and each led use 3v we multiply 9x3 =27
If you use parallel we have to attach an resistor because current is flowing constant and each led use it separately and does not act like a blockage like in series
