Hello farmer Tantoh. I've been so blessed and inspired by your channel. Most especially your videos on BSF farming. I'm a Cameroonian hoping to get into BSF production for feeding of my poultry. I know with Minds like you, Africa can only get better. Waiting and hoping to see you when you return from Kenya 🇰🇪 🙏🙏
Farmer T,you know you can make a sieve for the so after sieving only the maggots are left. That's more nutritive and healthy for the chicks as against eating maggots and manure.I suggest you use the local technology builders use to sieve sand.
Is it better to separate the larva from the waste before giving to hen/chicks or is it not, because waste left after larva is more harmful for them to eat it accidentally..?
Greetings Farmer T.. most often chicken refuse is mixed with the saw dust we put in the hen house. Can this mixture of poop and saw dust still act as an effective substrate to produce these maggots? Thanks
Finally my question answered. Kuddos! Straight to the point
This world is a cycle.
Thanks a lot for this informative video
OK, I'll try this, and I hope it works
Thank you so very much
Are these housefly maggots or black soldier fly larvae? I think they are the latter.
These are house fly maggots

The Chickens can actually pinpoint the maggots out without stress
@@stephensonwhite7963 I've noticed this as well ... pretty accurate, precision pecking.
Thanks for the video very helpful just to add you can also sterilize the maggots for 10 minutes in warm water to kill any germs
Wow thanks alot sis...never knew about it..... regards

Hi
❤
How you made it.There is nothing how to prepare it for chicken at home.?????
I want to know too.
This is super food for Chickens. But for 3 to 4 days, vicinity around the bucket would have horrendous smell.
There will be no smell at all.
Yeah, don't keep it in the room you sleep in. Set the bucket out by the chickens.
Keep it up.
Kitna Purna lya tha yeh
Good 👍
Is that dry chicken refuse
