I use the two ingredient dough a lot my main goes are biscuits and pizza crust. When I do my biscuits I use a glass to cut them out the width I want them and I do go about an inch so it's a nice big biscuit making sure to keep the serving size of course. I baked these close together on a cookie sheet which helps to make them rise I've been told. The great thing about them is when you cut them in half you can put them in the toaster for reheats and they're delicious for the pizza crust I usually spray it with non-stick spray on a piece of parchment and I actually roll mine out to make it thin between two sheets of sprayed parchment then place it on the baking sheet at 400° for about 5 minutes then I take it out and put on my sauce and toppings put it back in for 15 to 20 minutes and it is so delicious.
Corrine, (hope I spelled it right). When you make bagels again, use your muffin tin, put a small foil ball in the middle of each well, then roll each portion in to a rope style, then position it around the foil ball, bringing the ends together You might want to spray the foil ball as well as each muffin tin. The other thing is, if you make many recipes that require shredding beef or chicken, there is a really cool gadget on Amazon called Bear Claws. They look just like them too. They work very well. For one of our Christmas parties, we make French Dip & for many years we used the fork method. I don't recall where I heard about these, but they truly make short work out of shredding food. I'm new to your channel & am enjoying your videos. The blueberry muffins & the waffles are calling my name. I will probably be making them in the next few days. Have a good weekend!
Hi Lynn! Thank you for the instructions on the bagels. Great idea! I will look on Amazon for the bear claws. I've never heard of them. Have a great week!

just what I'm looking for... ideas to start this journey. Thank you Is there a reason why you use the Kodiak product. What about bisquick? Maybe point value?
🇨🇦.Hi Corinna, I have been catching up on your videos and enjoying every single one! May I ask, if it is not too personal, what happened to Jason? I am happy to see he is doing so well. I love this time of year for so many years one of which is all the Fall videos leading up to Thanksgiving and then my favourite time of year and videos, Christmas! Thanks for another great video! Take care.
Hi Sharon! We all had covid around this time last year and Jason got pneumonia and was in the hospital for a few months. I love this time of year too! The holiday season is the best ❣️
Oh my goodness that must have been a scary time. Thank goodness he is recovering well and thank you for sharing. I am looking forward to your Fall videos! Take care🙂

I love your videos! I am new to weight watchers and I wanted to make the chocolate chip waffles, when I went to put the recipe in my app do I need to make the serving 6?
Hello!
I just recently uploaded WW LUNCHES that are Low Point too: th-cam.com/video/FLpTM6-dfe4/w-d-xo.html
if you roll dough into snake then connect ends easier for bagels
add garlic powder and Italian seasoning and you have pizza crust
I’ve been having the 2 ingredient dough as biscuits they are so good
Great idea! Yum 😋
I made the blueberry muffins a couple weeks ago.. so delicious!!
I'm so glad you liked them 😀 They freeze well too!

It sounds delicious. Thank you for sharing 🤗
Use oil on your hands to keep them from sticking to your hands it works better than flour

Waffles look good. I'll give those a try.
They are! They are really good in the toaster.
To make the bagel shape, just roll each one into a snake then attach the ends.
Thanks! I'll remember that next time I make them.
Thank you! ❤🌷
You're welcome! Have a great day 😀

It's a personal choice. Kodiak has protein in it, which keeps you fuller longer. I'm not sure what Kodiak is, compared to Bisquick.
Love your videos
Thank you Barbara! 🤗
Thank you so much for these recipes . I hope you have a wonderful day. 🍊🍊🍊🍁🍁🍁

Healthy breakfast 😋🥞

@@sharonmacdougall3996 Yes, I love social media for that reason. Otherwise, I wouldn't have met everybody that I have through TH-cam.

Thanks! I'm not sure. You could try it with the full amount and see if that works. You should be able to adjust it as you use the recipe.

How did the bagels taste?
They are really good! Jason has been eating them as well.
Does anyone know what happened to Corinna and her family? I haven't seen a new video in a year.😢
