@@DeathShadowOG I feel as if a good ghost hunting game would be strong enough to actually cause your nerves to freak. A strong jumpscare can make you need a moment to calm down. Phasmo is decent but predictable. Exile at least triggers spontaneous jumpscares for the players.
Look for videos with Icycaress - the commentary and screams are great when they're together. Two grown men screaming like little girls. It's hilarious.

Been watching MaddVladd play a bit of this and it's a really good ghost hunter. It takes phasmo and just builds on it and has its own twists to not be another clone. Hope you guys play more and include some of the other big scaredy cats
so from watching this, i have some pros and cons about this game. And yea I know the game is still in Early access so I hope lots of stuff will eventually be changed, such as the ghost and player models, and the ritual circle on the floor really needs a redo. As for the house and furnitures inside, I know its all Unity assets but I personally don't mind that, it looks good and I don't see what the big problem of using premade assets. Pros: 1. I like that they have addition tools like voice recorder 2. From looking at the map, I assume there are about 15+ unique locations which is good to mix things around. 4. Glad that they didn't go like for like on Ghost events with Phaso. 3. The exiling of the ghost also adds a new dimension compared to Phasmo. Cons: 1. Why does every ghost hunter game have a sanity meter. Yes I know the event system is tied to the sanity level and some rng. Maybe call it something else or just based everything on a timing event , RNG and # evidence found. 2. While I do enjoy a good jump scares, having it occur too often will eventually suck fun out of it and the user will eventually get use to it. 3. Ghost activities seems to occur very quickly, almost the moment you step into the house. While there are players who enjoy that, I personally would like things to build up slowly, a little bit of variation between quick and slow would be nice. 4. Some of the sound effects sounded bad to me. And i really hated the ghost laugh, I think that needs an improvement.
I think for the ritual, you and skilly might need to have a third person so that one person goes after the portals, the other stays to relight the candles while the third remains in the center of the ritual seal exile the ghost. this game is pretty scary, far more horrifying than Phasmophobia that's for sure.
I legit thought this was Phasmo for about half the video. With some of their gameplay elements, I wouldn't be surprised if Ghost Exile will come under some legal trouble

Looks cool, something I noticed in the first 5 minutes though, the rooms, and hallways are oversized. I mean they are blown out of proportion to a real home. It's kind of weird.
