How do you over stay for 6 years and not get red flagged in the system? An overhaul of the software could rectify this issue. But i have a feeling that it'll remain status quo allowing things to blow over like it always does.
Who do we report any such infringments to please Ben? I have recently had a very bad experience with a farang business, who doesn't have the correct visa/work permit.
Also the work/business undertaken is a "Reserved Occupation.". I reported it to the Police over 12 months ago. Nothing!! So too Immigration. Same sweet FA!
Why don't we implement the same rules for immigrants entering the West?
West is suffering poor leadership, no money and failing empire syndrome.
Maybe ask that to the small construction companies, janitorial companies, meat packing and poultry companies as well. Just hashtag it I think.

The Thai government wants to have as many tourists as possible. It is true that Thailand is a destination many foreigners want. Many of these new tourists are not coming to Thailand to relax and visit the Thai folkloric sites.
There are 2 wars that many do not want, of these wars, the Ukrainian-Russian war is causing many Russians to come and live in Thailand. I support their peaceful intent. Are they tourists? Many young Russians do not want to be drafted into the Russian Army and go to war. Can they live outside Russia for months, even years, without a revenue? For many to be able to stay in Thailand and pay their living expenses they must work. Many are good people; they just do not want to go to war. Exchanging robles for dollars or Thai baht is very difficult, and the exchange rate is very high.
The Thai government wants tourists, but many, so-called, tourists need to work to stay in Thailand. The emigration must enforce the law, unfortunately, many peaceful Russians will try to work to stay in Thailand. My guest a large percentage of the Russian middle class has moved out of Russia especially the young.
They might be better off going through the wide open southern border in the US. The government will take better care of them financially, than they do their own citizens.

Russian is just part of tourist, I am Korean and also various country people visit and live Thialnd also.. so don't need to consider kind of escaping Russian, they are not majority
