Bruh this channel is a blessing, just checked out Moonlighter today and I'm totally hooked. I even got my friend into it and he's loving it too. Keep up the quality content my guy!
Bro. I found your channel by casualty and now i am absolutely hooked. I cannot wait to see you grow. Great job with both of your videos so far! Your comedic style is awesome and the reviews are honest. Awesome! ❤🔥
I literally watched like the first ten seconds, went to the video suggested, then came back here about 2 days later to the most perfect "oh you're back" I've ever seen.
I'll admit it was a decent enough game, but I didn't care for it at the end of the day. It has a few too little options with some that stand out as being best, and then there's the new game+. This team apparently does this as more of a challenge thing, and even then, only once, since you can't keep going the way they do, as you are weaker by the end of the NG+ run in comparison to just a NG run, compared to the enemies you are facing. This can work, heck, From Software did great with that model, but it's just not my kind of thing I like to keep gaining power. That being said, the pixel art is adorable, and the dual mode gameplay of dungeon plus shop was interesting.
This is totally fair I will say I do have some biased to this game. I found it in a very special time in my life so I kind of used it as a comfort game and honestly make me love shop keeping games a lot. But I know it has it's restrictions sadly but it holds a special place in my heart.
@@roguelikerabbit Absolutely fair. Sometimes there are games you want to go back to, despite their flaws, because they evoke something in you. For me that's the Final Fantasys, and the Breath of Fire series, especially the SNES entries. The former is...well it's world famous. The latter less so, and is my Ur example of its genre. It doesn't everything well, meaning there's almost no wasted space in the first BoF game, everything gets a payoff, and all the characters are just detailed enough to be interesting, without being fleshed out as later RPGs of their type would make them. For all the flaws it has, the fleamarket minigame, finding some of the special equipment, Mogu(useless party member), I still love it and replay it from time to time.
Don't know what the difference between a roguelite and roguelike are different click below!
