He brings laughter with (really good!!) jokes, banter with the band, stories and anecdotes - he almost magically creates an intimate and warm atmosphere in even the largest arenas. Your reflection on war veterans in relation to this song is spot on. This song is about the devastating impacts of war, and that no matter what, nobody is going to steal this heart away.
This is a Cold Chisel classic and John hits it out of the park.
Love the sincerity of your reaction. Isn't this just the best performance ever? Live? Beyond heartfelt. Superb. So glad you guys have seen this. You can see that John totally believes this song and gives his soul to it. Gives me chills. John honours the lyrics.
What a rendition.
My heart full of sadness. John is going through a very hard time. This video made my cry so hard. I had the privilidge to meet him has his arm around me on the photo on my fridge so I never ever forget that special day (Edgell Birds Eye packaging relaunch). He gave us a mini concert I will never ever forget it. Love you John so much. Your music, voice and personality is amaizing. I often re watch videoes especially love the clip from "Hey hey its Saturday" when you sang with Tom Jones. If people never seen that is a MUST. Please GET WELL JOHN.🤩😍💓💗💖
Great reaction and one of the greatest singers ever 👏
Great Comments you said at the End of Johns Performance Mrs Wolf HunterZ. That Soldier's Heart is Such a True Statement.
Returned Servicemen and Servicewomen Struggle with the Re-Adjustment back to Civil Life. Once a Horror is Witnessed or Performed, it Becomes a Nightmare of a Journey to Forget!
John is a Phenomenon. He's a GOAT!
Great Show and God Bless.
I have no idea why, but I love watching Americans get to experience John whilst they’re adults. Takes me back to a simpler time. Wish I could relive the time I first heard his voice.
He was born in England. Came to Australia when he was very young. He calls himself an Aussie. So do we. A world class singer.
I am thinking of Ukraine with a very heavy heart. What an incredible song ❤
I have heard this song, growing up with Farnsy & Barnsy. Actually Barnsy grew up only a couple of streets from here! But this time, Yes! I kept thinking how I would love to send it to the President of Ukranian for his people hey! How horrible it must be! We are so Blessed!

John is amazing and his band is incredible ,
John Farnham sings to your heart.... It is impossible not to be moved by his performances. Add to that the fabulous guitar craft and the work of all the band and his backup singers and he makes this song deeply moving... Congratulations on your reaction to this brilliant performance... :)
This just completely breaks a person down, through the heart and soul. Wow, it doesn't matter how many times I hear him sing this, it is beyond words, the voice, the song, the emotion, the whole perfect arrangement. It's sublime music beyond music.
😭 beautiful reaction to our beautiful man thank you
