@@chenjunhao i own one. they are incredible with a single coil guitar it sometimes rips better than my marshall stack and pedalboard lol. its just enough high end to pickup the thumps and has incredible bass response. the gain is very clear. they should make a larger version with similar specs. perfect bluesy rock tone.
You can hear some mistakes actually, but he's never lost in his playing, always boucing from a phrase to another, perfect knowledge of the instrument, incredible inner ear, damn this man is so awesome >3
He uses more gain than you guys think. He has very low low output pickups and an overdrive. He talks about it in another interview. I have one of these amps. Even with the gain pretty high it still sounds clean. I also have a single coil strat I jam through this little amp. The little guy sounds really awsome. I've matched his tone in this video. The gain is up there. Not cranked. But there.
He is a perfect example of non cliche shredding and knowing how to blend tempos, not being just 2 modes, fast and slow. Plus he has decent chord knowledge and can play clean on anything. Get someone shredding 3 notes per scales and sweeping triads to play this on clean sound and watch them fumble.
Santo Dios, lo conozco desde hace años pero cada vez que veo sus improvisaciones en serio me vuela la cabeza, como alguien puede tener un control y una técnica tan buena....
Nick is a FAN_FREAKING_TASTIC player! I own one of those little amps and they really do sound good. Pretty simple to operate, however mine seems to be lacking the "killer chops" setting.

his finger picking technique is incredible
His nose picking technique is incredible as well
like how did he do that?!
It's so much fun watching him noodling with that incredible hybrid picking without losing it's rhythm. Truly remarkable human! 😁
Amazing. No compression. Hardly any gain. There's no where for mistakes to hide. Just flawless technique.

More gain often rather exposes bad playing, as there is much more unwanted noise if your muting technique is not spot on.
Same with compression.
@@josuastangl7140 uhh... Less gain definitely makes it easier to hear mistakes, objectively. Lol
@@TheGuitarifier nope, gain compresses the sound more. gain makes mistakes and unwanted noise more audible
