    Loved this workout but found the downward dog work quite challenging! Still, that's why I love Ange's videos :)

      Adele halsall yes Downdog is a very challenging move but you'll find the more you practice it the better it will get. A beautiful pose for the body. Enjoy 💪🏽💪🏽
