Hi Mila! Im surprised about how similar our stories are. Catholic school, Latina, antidepressant and cycle suppressed since 14 lol. Now I’m off birth control since 21, also researching like you. You’re awesome at communicating. Such an inspiration 💜

I have struggled with symptoms of pcos and hormonal imbalance since I got my first period at 10 years old. I was put on birth control at 12 to suppress symptoms and stayed on it for seven yearsss. Now at 20, I'm currently going through the process of trying to figure out the root of all these issues- your voice and story has been so helpful for me. I am so excited to try this product, that was obviously cultivated with so much passion, research, and care.

I love your story telling style. A well-balanced video ❤ I've been off BC for a couple of years now and feel so free and empowered. Sadly, without it my endo flares are near unbearable though 😢

Hi Mila, Big Congrats! I am a girlie with PCOS and Mitral Valve Prolapse at the same time so I can get tired very easily and even breathing could feels like a task and ofc the bloating almost every single day. I eat what I cook and and I put so much care to what I eat and I am an active person I did sports all my life and now I am training by myself doing calisthenics, weight lifting, pilates etc.what I am trying to say I already do all the good things for my body but with PCOS it is not always enough. I also live in Paris and the last time when I see an endocrinologist which I paid a huge amount.. unfortunately I heard the same things like my only solution is birth control all over again. I have been listening to you for a while now and I was honestly scared to start a supplement routine -no offense- with an advise of a stranger but to be honest I will probably give it a shot and order your blend. It is devastating how it is difficult to find a DOCTOR which can advise you well and actually help. I adore what are you trying to do for all of us thinking its honest and sounds like a great solution. Wish you all the good luck 💖

Oh Eda I am so sorry about the limited options endocrinologists give us... I had a similar experience with endocrinologists here, but they at least helped me get a diagnosis. The other part of the equation: lifestyle, supplementation, meditation, etc. is really up to us to investigate and its so inspiring to see how much care you put into your body. thank you for your trust and support and I hope this blend can be of any support on your journey

Hi Mila! Good to hear that you found something that works for you! I have pcos too (probably also hypothyroidism but I haven’t been able to get a full panel yet) and I’m getting the mirena on Saturday, lowkey scared haha. I reacted really badly to the pill when I first took it at 15, and then came off of it but I’ve never had a consistent cycle, so I’m just hoping the mirena works. I really want to try your drink as well, and your video was very interesting to listen to ❤

thank you so much! we left out vitamin D since the dosage is very personal, but your mention about B6 and urinary issues is actually something my team and I are discussing! so many women suffer with cystitis and we are definitely taking that into consideration for our V3 of hormone harmony! 🧡 so happy you have been enjoying the cycle syncing guide! 🥰

14:45 thank you so so so much for talking about this.
22:56 honestly no, they would have had just put you on the pill if you had been diagnosed with pcos at 14. I’ve had it for since I first started menstruating 21 years ago, and gynos are still only helping manage pcos with the pill.
29:50 I got discharged from one of my gynos care because i questioned the bc she had me on. She said she didn’t feel like we had a patient, doctor relationship because I asked her about side effects like blood clots. She had me on an insanely high dose schedule of Ocella (yazmin), when my period wouldn’t stop for 6 months. Yaz had already been in the news years prior with its lawsuits. I have good ass insurance so I was like why am I on this, when there’s so many other better options.. Glad I did leave her care tho, she was a pill pusher, like the clinic you mentioned. She literally had a pill shop connected to the side of her office.
Honestly, I feel like channels like yours and us women having a community where we openly talk about our experiences with our vaginas, and our health, it gives me way more help and education than any health care provider I’ve had.

Has anybody used Copper T, can you share your experience? I have an IUD but I'm not sure if it has any side effects on me. Till now I feel quiet good about it. MY OBGYN was so happy when I got it, she said that I want more young women to get it.

    Hello!
Your symptoms sound like my daughter. All her friends are saying get your mum to take you to the doctor were I know they will just offer the pill to 'balance her hormones'.
I have just looked for your hormone blend and it is saying out of stock. Will it be back soon ❤

Hi Mila, preciosa! Do you know if the IUD you got is available in the US? I tried the regular copper IUD (with the T shape), but it fell during the first few months. I want to try and get it again since I am really not looking for any oral or hormonal contraceptives. Is the one with the arms kind of all the way down the one that you got? Thank you for this amazing video talking about your experience. It helps a lot to hear you. Te mando un apapacho 🧡

oh no i'm so sorry yout IUD fell out!!! unfortunately the paragard is the only option available in the USA 😤 but since it lasts such a long time, I'd say it might be worth scheduling a trip if you want another type! i got mine while visiting france and I was still living in the USA 😉
