Nah, it’s very obviously based off of the centaur, the nuckelavee has a horse head in front but the Centaur has just the horse body with the human body right in front.
I think there's a reason machines aren't called robots. WW1 never finished in this universe, and since it became even more brutal than before, after the machines entered the fray and the war efforts never finished until almost 200 years later, we can assume that writer Karel Čapek never had the time or effort to put onto paper his art, or maybe he might've even died during the war with the introduction of Guttermen and Tanks.
I always saw the order like this: Gutterman was the first Guttertanks were to break the shields Street Sweepers were to deflect the rockets Swordsmachines were to outpace it The Sentry was to kill it without threat of death to its sword The Mindflayer was built to close the distance The Earthmover was meant to be the end all be all. V1 was meant to end it
Well Streetcleaners are confirmed to have been built after the war ended. Idk why they can deflect rockets. And the Swordsmachine was one specific scraphead machine that other scraphead machines then copied because it was so cool in their eyes Mindflayers being made to counter sentries makes sense though.
@@mailcs06 it says they were made to deal with the climate catastrophe, but were made obsolete AFTER the New Peace. And the Earthmovers entry doesn't say anything about a climate catastrophe, so there must've been something else beforehand. Plus, we know barely anything about The Final War, so there might've some kind of event after the full production of the machines. Plus, if they were made AFTER the war, then they wouldn't have any combat experience. TL:DR, they weren't made after the war ended
The timeline of the war summarised There's a hearted comment on the official 7-2 combat theme on hakitas TH-cam channel that says "Judging by the terminals the final war appears to be WW1 but instead of lasting 4 years it lasted a brutal 200 years", again since this is Hearted by hakita himself I assume it's either canon or close to Now for the actual war The first part of it was the trench wars, at this point I assume the war was still fought by humans Up Until the Russians Created the Gutterman (on its chest is a small label that says human tank in Russian, which in this case LITERALLY means a human tank), they wiped out the humans with their chainguns and the Germans Responded by creating the Guttertank (this one has a label that reads Panzer Fist, which means Rocket fist and considering the borderline-broken knockback of their punch, that seems about accurate) at this point no humans actually fight and from here on out it's a war of machines, each one built to kill the last And then the Japanese created the Earthmovers (Truly I'd expect no less from the creators of the Toyota), these were so destructive that the sheer amount of ash, soot and general mayhem it left behind were enough to block out the sun and cause the Long night, without sunlight to back them up the Earthmovers died and the remainder of humanity left created the new peace and the war officially ended. (Although they were still wiped out by something in the end) Reminder that the Earthmovers were so terrible that they were considered a personal crime against god since they are in the third ring of Violence, violence against God.
in the dev commentary, hakita said that the timeline aligning with WW1 was a happy coincidence that was actually completely unintended also in the dev commentary, he states that the earthmover is still in the second ring of violence, the forest. the earthmover we see in 7-3 is indeed the one we kill in 7-4
@@aniotheeh.4226 does that means that... there are nothing to maybe few souls that deserved that time of punishment, probably because there wasn't any prophet in history about heaven or shit like that and then hell just used that ring to show V1 how would it be to fight in the war against it
yeah, hakita made sure to avoid any religious implications. that's why in 7-1, he changed the cross' meaning from Jesus' crucifixion to his "tree of life"
Ok, dumb question, but was V1 powered on during the entirety of that little time period of peace, or did someone turn him on right as humanity was being wiped out?
probable cause is that some of the machines went into hell as well like v1, and others like the gutterman, guttertank, the earthmover were made by hell itself to punish those inside the violence layer, doomed to suffer for eternity by the hands of their own creation, just like the video points out.
I think most of the machines broke into hell looking for blood like V1, but the Guttermen, Guttertanks, and Earthmovers got sent there after they died due to their sins of violence. The new book added in the arsenal update pretty much confirms that they’re alive and sapient after all.
It's probably just me but i swear the script makes me feel like it's written by chatgpt due to how you explained things, and how similar it is to how chatgpt writes. It's DEFINITELY just me who's just going insane though.
It's funny that the Gatterman was developed by Russia, although it would have been more logical to make them German. At least due to the fact that it was the Germans who used chlorine during the siege of the fortress in the First World War. (You can read more about this in Attack of the Deadman)

I mean, we have no idea what kinds of materials are needed to make V1 or V2. Mi guess is that they are EXTREMELY complex machines, made with some extremely exotic materials. They are Supreme machines after all, the only other machine that also was considered supreme was the Earthmovers
I’m still kinda confused, cause V1 was activated upon reaching hell, which took place after the war had ended, yet it says that humanity was entirely wiped out and made extinct. Who made V1? Was it just wandering for years until getting into hell, or are there still humans?
Russia made the Gutterman, Germany made the Guttertank, Japan made the Earthmover, *What did the United States Military Industrial Complex dump 40 billion dollars into?*
Humanity wasn’t inferior to the machine, humanity just sucked at making proper technology and countermeasures for the machine who had weaknesses and exploitable points so obvious that it’s genuinely stupid how they prevailed when they turned against their creators
We actually don’t even know if the machines did turn against humanity. There’s a good amount of info that hints towards Hell Itself expanding its influence onto Earth and killing the humans, like the P-2 ARG ending with: “I can only hope this encrypted message is received before [Hell Itself] learns to read it and intercept it. Whatever happens, we can not let this being find a way out and spread to the surface. We ha- a n o t h e r d i e s . b r i n g m e m o r e . i h u n g e r.”

the fact that hell itself saw the gutterman and the torture that a innocent person has to suffer to make it work and it decided took inspiration to make the mannequins is such a good concept that show how fucked the war became

I believe the earthmovers might have been based on the "Nuckelavee," i could be wrong. But both looks very similar.
Nah, it’s very obviously based off of the centaur, the nuckelavee has a horse head in front but the Centaur has just the horse body with the human body right in front.
Man i need to say your video's thumbs just getting better and better and the video overall pretty gud too :) u deserve more subs
im reading this on my school stage for storytelling, wish me luck
I think there's a reason machines aren't called robots. WW1 never finished in this universe, and since it became even more brutal than before, after the machines entered the fray and the war efforts never finished until almost 200 years later, we can assume that writer Karel Čapek never had the time or effort to put onto paper his art, or maybe he might've even died during the war with the introduction of Guttermen and Tanks.
The question is if its a lightning rod or a energy projector, unless thats the same thing
I always saw the order like this:
Gutterman was the first
Guttertanks were to break the shields
Street Sweepers were to deflect the rockets
Swordsmachines were to outpace it
The Sentry was to kill it without threat of death to its sword
The Mindflayer was built to close the distance
The Earthmover was meant to be the end all be all.
V1 was meant to end it
Well Streetcleaners are confirmed to have been built after the war ended. Idk why they can deflect rockets. And the Swordsmachine was one specific scraphead machine that other scraphead machines then copied because it was so cool in their eyes
Mindflayers being made to counter sentries makes sense though.

Real
I really wanna know how much blood would it require to fuel? The Earth mover.
I honestly think the control center of the earthmovers was all just an easter egg all for fun.
The timeline of the war summarised
There's a hearted comment on the official 7-2 combat theme on hakitas TH-cam channel that says "Judging by the terminals the final war appears to be WW1 but instead of lasting 4 years it lasted a brutal 200 years", again since this is Hearted by hakita himself I assume it's either canon or close to
Now for the actual war
The first part of it was the trench wars, at this point I assume the war was still fought by humans Up Until the Russians Created the Gutterman (on its chest is a small label that says human tank in Russian, which in this case LITERALLY means a human tank), they wiped out the humans with their chainguns and the Germans Responded by creating the Guttertank (this one has a label that reads Panzer Fist, which means Rocket fist and considering the borderline-broken knockback of their punch, that seems about accurate) at this point no humans actually fight and from here on out it's a war of machines, each one built to kill the last
And then the Japanese created the Earthmovers (Truly I'd expect no less from the creators of the Toyota), these were so destructive that the sheer amount of ash, soot and general mayhem it left behind were enough to block out the sun and cause the Long night, without sunlight to back them up the Earthmovers died and the remainder of humanity left created the new peace and the war officially ended. (Although they were still wiped out by something in the end)
Reminder that the Earthmovers were so terrible that they were considered a personal crime against god since they are in the third ring of Violence, violence against God.
in the dev commentary, hakita said that the timeline aligning with WW1 was a happy coincidence that was actually completely unintended
also in the dev commentary, he states that the earthmover is still in the second ring of violence, the forest. the earthmover we see in 7-3 is indeed the one we kill in 7-4
@@aniotheeh.4226 does that means that... there are nothing to maybe few souls that deserved that time of punishment, probably because there wasn't any prophet in history about heaven or shit like that
and then hell just used that ring to show V1 how would it be to fight in the war against it
yeah, hakita made sure to avoid any religious implications. that's why in 7-1, he changed the cross' meaning from Jesus' crucifixion to his "tree of life"
I am confused. So in the end humanity survived, or they still got wiped out by the remaining machines?
@@echo_chambeRR something wiped them out, it just wasn't the final war
Ok, dumb question, but was V1 powered on during the entirety of that little time period of peace, or did someone turn him on right as humanity was being wiped out?
"did someone turn him on" _🤨_

Honestly the alternate nail gun should of been guttermans mini gun
The Saw launcher was added before Guttermen tho
@@mailcs06 yeah ik but it would’ve been really funny if hakita made it that lmao
Alt shotgun is Excavator's arm (which is the size of V1 or even bigger and yet it fits in V1's wing) so it could work
ULTRAKILL lore feels so similar to the “Well to Hell” that one creepy pasta
Regarding the guttertanks inscription on it‘s arm, a german word commonly used to refer to a rocket launcher actually happens to be „Panzerfaust“
I love how he just makes stuff up as he goes along with almost no proof or evidence
How is there a human civilization and machines made by humans in hell?
probable cause is that some of the machines went into hell as well like v1, and others like the gutterman, guttertank, the earthmover were made by hell itself to punish those inside the violence layer, doomed to suffer for eternity by the hands of their own creation, just like the video points out.
They were replicated by hell and used as punishment for the creators of those machines
I think most of the machines broke into hell looking for blood like V1, but the Guttermen, Guttertanks, and Earthmovers got sent there after they died due to their sins of violence. The new book added in the arsenal update pretty much confirms that they’re alive and sapient after all.
I still wonder what would 40k tech priests would think about the earthmover
I hate how nobody talk about the excavator.
Its so silly they didnt modify them to use oil or some other fuel source
probably after the war, oil became something very scarce and useless, so they didn't opt for this option. But that's my teory
It's probably just me but i swear the script makes me feel like it's written by chatgpt due to how you explained things, and how similar it is to how chatgpt writes. It's DEFINITELY just me who's just going insane though.
3:33 opposing forces?
IS THAT A HALF LIFE OPPOSING FORCE REFERNCE!?!?!?!?
Whats the Gutterman intro song?
It's funny that the Gatterman was developed by Russia, although it would have been more logical to make them German. At least due to the fact that it was the Germans who used chlorine during the siege of the fortress in the First World War. (You can read more about this in Attack of the Deadman)
taking notes
> is of Russian origin
> wields a Gatling gun
> is robust, and sluggish
> is defensive in one way or another
Now, I know I could make the funny haha “gutterman is heavy” joke but.. I just wanted to point out some similarities, nothing else. If you think it’d be funny to point and laugh at my comment because I almost made that joke, feel free to do so. I can’t stop you.
Also, "panzer faust" was a german anti-tank weapon. Essentially, it is a rocket launcher.
this sounds likes the machine war in the animatrix movie

So humanity can build skyscrapers of destruction yet they deem a blood fueled nikkon expensive?!?!
Well the silly red blood fueled Nikkon was made after war had ravaged their supplies.
I mean, we have no idea what kinds of materials are needed to make V1 or V2.
Mi guess is that they are EXTREMELY complex machines, made with some extremely exotic materials.
They are Supreme machines after all, the only other machine that also was considered supreme was the Earthmovers
Wait i thought humanity went completely extinct
what if v1 fought the squidbot sentinels from the matrix

I’m still kinda confused, cause V1 was activated upon reaching hell, which took place after the war had ended, yet it says that humanity was entirely wiped out and made extinct. Who made V1? Was it just wandering for years until getting into hell, or are there still humans?
