JAGAUAR XK8/XKR wheel arch rust treatment DIY- on a budget

Rusty arches are common and this one just has surface rust. The cars not ready for an MOT or to go near a body shop so I am just going to tidy the arches up for now to stop them getting any worse. See what you think!
