@@annax3822 hi yeah my phone number was a problem at first wasn't registering so had to speak to helper at the bank through phone conversation, once the operator dealt and registered my phone number was all ok they talk you through it very straightforward help. Have you had same issue if you contact them they'll resort the problem 👍

Is an "active" direct debit one that has already had at least one payment taken, or is it just a direct debit that is set up to take payment in the future?
I think the first payment of direct debit has to have left the old bank account

I have a classic Lloyds Current account, , it is asking me to upgrade to Club Lloyds current account, by doing can I avail the switching deal .

On the website this is what was written seems not valid for existing account!! ???
You can’t take part in the offer if:
"You switch to any existing Lloyds bank account, or you change your existing Lloyds Bank Current Account to a Club Lloyds Account, Club Lloyds Silver or Club Lloyds Platinum Account."

Can somebody please tell me, does the direct debit payment have to be paid out before you switch? I'm thick as shit sorry!
@@ConnorXIVpeople say it doesn’t have to come out, just set to come out, but I set up 3 small DD which came out in a week.. small direct debits, tiny direct debits ahead fiftypence direct debits… literally cost 2.50 and came out in a week
