Getting the most from Exposure and Behavioural Experiments in OCD & BDD

This is a talk I gave at the OCD Action/BDD Foundation conference on 26th June 2021. I describe what exposure tasks and behavioural experiments are and the general principles in how to optimise them to overcome your OCD or BDD.
There is an excerpt in the video that has no sound. It's a quote from Winston Churchill. When Churchill came to Parliament on May 13, 1940, he told them that “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.”
