Great information! Do you find vintage levis often? I am still mad that I got rid of a pair of levis from the 60's or 70's that were bell bottoms and had a cuff. I have never seen anything like them again and they would be worth hundreds now.
Oh wow! I've never seen any like those. I come across them a lot less than I used to since they are so popular with shoppers now. But, I would say every couple of months I find a pair.
@@cayleyelaine yes, very rare. I sold them in the early 2000s to a store that specialized in levis. I think I got $60, but I was super young and had no idea what they were worth. I would love to come across vintage ones. I'm thinking maybe estate sales may be a good way to find them. I think thrift stores and even nonresellers know they're valuable now.
So good to find your channel. This was very informative being that I sell clothing. I agree we have to learn a little everyday. Thank you so much. I sell on eBay and document my journey as well. 💕💕
Hi! I'm glad you decided to do TH-cam. I've learned a lot from your videos. I'm trying to grow to your sales level. I have a lot of listings but not a lot of sales. Im trying to streamline everything and wondering do you wash all clothing? Or just ones that need it? I feel I'm spending too much time washing and steaming. Thanks!
Cayley Elaine thanks for answering! I guess I'm just scared I'll miss something or get a bad review for having that "thrift store smell". I really spend too much time on the prep work and I don't get things listed as quickly as I should and think it's the prep work that really holds me up. Same with shoes. My goodwills write a letter on the bottom of the shoes so I have to clean that off and it's all so time consuming..
Hi! I know that this video is from 2 years ago but I was just wondering if you know if a pair of Levi's that has a V-Stitch on the inside fly, if they are all considered Vintage and worth anything great? Just wondering if you knew. Thanks! I love all your videos by the way and am so glad I recently found your channel! :)
Wow, you are so helpful, awesome video! I learned a lot, Thank you for sharing 💖🙏

Hello! I only wash/steam if the item needs it. I find that most items people donate are already washed and ready to go.

Hi! Those I do not know about. First time I've heard of them!
@@cayleyelaine Yeah I just recently found out about them. Thank you so much for the quick reply! :))
Are Levi's made in USA the only ones considered vintage ?
I have come across some jeans with vintage tags but they were made in some other country
Hmmm...thats a good question. I'm not sure about that but I can tell you the at the very least most of them are.
I found a denim vest that has a red feather on the tag. The buttons have feathers also, would you happen know what brand that is ?
Hmmmmm 🤔
Found a 501 with a little e
Awesome!
