yeah this is a whole lot of fun I feel that they have still not nailed the melee builds yet, but the mechanics they have added do change the game play for them a lot.
I always loved and hated POE as it had such a variety, but also a giant trap with it... You could always choose what build you want, it gave you freedom. Just for you to realize in late game that there is not really many choices as most of them are just so weak it's ridiculous... BUT as I heard in POE 2 they fixed this by making the reset cost gold instead of premium currency and a lot better progression :3 Already a huge up for me! :D (also, I hope it won't reset with all updates... that was annoying XD)
For t17 mapping/uber bosses? Sure. But a very large majority of players even playing Meta builds won't reach that content For t1-16 maps there's a staggering amount of build variety So far in Poe 2 there isn't as much variety, due to the combo style gameplay, compared to Poe 1 where every skill can be a main skill for a build
Respecs didn't cost premium currency in PoE 1, you can use orbs of regret and gold In Poe 2 you only have gold, cheap respecs early, extremely expensive later on They will be doing quarterly resets whenever new content is released, it's standard practice for all ARPGs that receive ongoing support
Great video

Been playing this all day. Bunch o' fun. So far it's shaping up to be my favourite arpg.
Same. It takes the best of Diablo and POE1. Perfect combo.
Is there any challenge in the campaign ? Or only bosses are difficult or is the full game a breeze ?
It's like Elden Ring. Mobs can sometimes wreck you. But the bosses are way harder.

Pretty sure i heard thr money you pay for early acess is given to you back as in game currency
It's also $30 worth of premium currency.
Loving the game so far. But ngl I would've prefer it to be a one time buy single player game
Wait what?
