Thank you ring for not including any instructions OR jumper.
Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires a jumper cable to bypass the existing doorbell chime and provide power to the doorbell.

Do you know if the 24v is working, do you need to charge the doorbell/camera or will the 24v charge it?

i dont know why this video has no comment but thanks definitely thought i was going crazy because before when u cut the breaker nd turn it on my bell use to ring once i put the ring camera into the system nothing but the the actual ring camer and video part was working

Same problem. I just use my Alexa orb to act as a door bell and didnt bother installing the transformer.
