Amazing how we were not having anything, just leaks, but we got his visual appearance, splashart, skin (with also splashart), bio, color story, a leaked gameplay. Wow
the story sounds like a perfect set up for a riot forge game. Maybe this is also the reason why Qiyana was absent from the ruination (we didn't get the reason yet right?)
I believe a Rioter said that she was fighting the wraiths. Also, in “The Boys and Bombolini” they mention that Ixtal is opening up, which Qiyana probably has something to do with.
I'm honestly happy about everything around Milio, it's a great champ, with great lore and music. But it burns me that we still don't know what Qiyana is doing.

Milio and Annie are more like the two sides of the same coin. Both flame users, one power born from trauma and only knew destruction while the other came from love and seeks to heal.

After all, it seems like the people in Ixthal, or at least the leading ones, are not big fans of progress and new things and since he is the grandson of a imprisoned criminal, it would only make sense that they refuse to acknowlege him in any way.
I'm not sure they're rigidly anti progress. The Vidalion isn't about orthodoxy or even really magic, it seems more a way for the ruling class to sort the biggest "threats" and either make them part of the Yun Tal or send them off and probably monitor them. Heck when Aliay creates his robes it seems he did so in a unique way combining axiom. I kind of see the technical part of the Vidalion as a PHD defense. Like you're supposed to bring new knowledge to show mastery but you're gonna have to defend it against other experts.

So instead of being pronounced / LU \ ne, it should be pronounced _ Lu / NÉ and _ Lu / PÉ. *to explain* / means rising accent, \ means a falling accent and _ means a flat accent. Also I'm a native Spanish speaker not a Spanish teacher so I don't really know the proper terms in English.

The only thing I dont like about focus on lore is that milio probably wont have any ingame interactions with nunu despite them being pretty similar. It wouldnt make sense for them to have met yet in lore so probably wont have any interactions. I imagine in general it could be tough to add new interactions to nunu since his actor might age out of the role
I have a theory on why was Qiyana busy during ruination. You mentioned that Milio's grand aunt Luné was plotting something against the Yun Tal and that's why she along with her sister were punished and forced to exile. When she vanished we hear nothing about her till it is mentioned that she's imprisoned during Milio's arrival in Ixaocan. Now, we could assume that she mysteriously vanished because the Yun Tal imprisoned her after quickly discovering her intentions and have been keeping her ever since...or during exile, she decided to cut the ties with Lupé in order to achieve her goal by founding a clan of elemental magic mercenaries and/or like Lupé, having a family of her own as well where she also teaches them the elemental magic, axioms and stuff like that. I like to imagine that she also has a grandchild who is talented like Lupé's Milio, but unlike him, their axiom is destructive and dangerous, so much so that the Yun Tal could consider it a threat not just to them, but the entire society of Ixtal. And that would be the reason why they would imprison Luné. Either to lure her grandchild into a trap where they would arrive in order to rescue their grandmother or to interrogate her and force her to reveal the residence of her grandchild. I feel like all this extra attention to both Ixtal and Noxus is building up in prep for Arcane 2, outside of the Piltolver and Zoan conflict and jinx and vi there is also the expansion of piltolver to the ixtal forest and not to mention the noxus influence in there affairs as well.

The character she’ll probably meet that is around her age is Nunu too, they both clash a bit and interactions between both would be good for their development as characters. Nunu shows her how to hope and dream and she shows him a glimpse of what the world is really like outside of his head.

As someone who plays fantasy ttrpgs like dungeons and dragons, I can sort of appreciate the setups with a lack of payoff. Whenever I read one of these stories, I am always thinking of ways that my players and I could create payoffs by adventuring in these regions of Runeterra. Most people play league or follow the lore probably aren't also using it to play DnD though.
Imagine in RIOT MMO a fire magic with healing element - sounds like fun. Besides not only holy, water, and wind magic has healing potential, fire can too LIKE Milio for a fact. Nice Riot. skeptical! LOL
Finally riot make new interesting lore, they need to know there's a lot of people didn't really play league, but just love the lore, it's amazing, I hope they can connect all the lore and becoming epic, that's what I actually want the story big league universe

Ignoring that it is mostly familial pressure, he should flex his fire mastery just to make Qiyana seethe. Milio is effectively pulling a "Toph" by not only mastering an element but also pushing its boundaries, something Qiyana hasn't done despite being a prodigy
I wish Riot would just go ham on lore for awhile. Their characters are structured around a Setup story, Interactions/tie-ins with other characters, and possibly a conclusion. If a character doesn’t have the first two, they suffer from ‘just there’ limbo. Yorick? Great setup story and, until the Forge story, nothing. He was just there. Gragas? He had a vague setup story and then nothing. He’s just somewhere. Shaco? No setup story or interactions, we don’t even know if he exists. Most of the Ixtal champs are in the same place Yorick was. They’re just there. No interactions and nothing happening. It wasn’t until Neeko bumping with Nidalee that we got anything from there. Milio might be the catalyst to finally have something happen with the Ixtal characters

I just realised each child champ (I’m not counting Zoe as she is an older kid then the rest of them and Amumu is a yordle) represents a element of the earth which foreshadowed milio from the very start! Anne = fire Nunu = water (technically ice but ice is water frozen) Milio = plants (yes he uses fire but he’s from a nation within the jungles)

we got confirmation that Milio is based a lot in Colombia's folklore and Encanto as a film, he definitely has the vibe of being a madrigal.

Can you give more context on Yorick being "the main guy"? I'd love to see a vid about his old lore or whatever you were referring to.
Finally riot make new interesting lore, they need to know there's a lot of people didn't really play league, but just love the lore, it's amazing, I hope they can connect all the lore and becoming epic, that's what I actually want the story big league universe
maybe this is part 1 of his lore and we could get more with the laters like updates

I like this format much more, Necrit telling about the story instead of reading it to us. Good change, I think I learned more of this story this way

Hey Necrit, Fuemigo (pronounced Fwee - migo) is basically a combination of two words in Spanish. Fuego - Fire and Amigo - Friend = Fuemigo
dont think milio even need/will challenge the vidalion, it is supposed to be a show of mastery, like, "i am so good at this element i can even manifest my own clothing with it, and i dont mean like i have to focus on it, i can just do it...". And this dude can already manifest a lifeform out of it...
Ignoring that it is mostly familial pressure, he should flex his fire mastery just to make Qiyana seethe. Milio is effectively pulling a "Toph" by not only mastering an element but also pushing its boundaries, something Qiyana hasn't done despite being a prodigy

I wish Riot would just go ham on lore for awhile. Their characters are structured around a Setup story, Interactions/tie-ins with other characters, and possibly a conclusion. If a character doesn’t have the first two, they suffer from ‘just there’ limbo.
Yorick? Great setup story and, until the Forge story, nothing. He was just there.
Gragas? He had a vague setup story and then nothing. He’s just somewhere.
Shaco? No setup story or interactions, we don’t even know if he exists.
Most of the Ixtal champs are in the same place Yorick was. They’re just there. No interactions and nothing happening. It wasn’t until Neeko bumping with Nidalee that we got anything from there. Milio might be the catalyst to finally have something happen with the Ixtal characters

I just realised each child champ (I’m not counting Zoe as she is an older kid then the rest of them and Amumu is a yordle) represents a element of the earth which foreshadowed milio from the very start!

Nunu = water (technically ice but ice is water frozen)
Milio = plants (yes he uses fire but he’s from a nation within the jungles)
i want to see his interaction with rengar. if he can make friends with a fucking tribal predator thats makes him cooler, maybe he's met rengar and heal him or something (he needs to do something to gain a kiilash respect)
