Been having some serious emotional stuff so I decided to try my hand at customizing. Found a really old and beat up model on Etsy and gonna give it a shot this vid really helped thanks!
Utterly Amazing!! I'd never have believed these horses were one and the same had I not witnessed the transformation with my own eyes. This is artistry!! Beautiful!! I watched this with my jaw hanging open. Am truly gobsmacked 🤗😊
Watching this video just tested my artistic abilities lmao like I paint reborn dolls and canvases but this right here! This is a while other skill level.
Watched the whole thing and realized something, customizing take a different breed. I got tired just watching how much work goes into your work. You enter the realm of unbelievable when you put that much tiny, tedious work into something
Just a beautiful piece of work.I think your fjord is more appealing than the one Breyer did,the neck and head in particular.Thank you for sharing your experience with us.I know a lot of artists who are very close mouthed about their methods and very much have a "figure it out yourself" attitude about every aspect of their work.Experimenting on your own is a good way to learn but it's really valuable to have access to pointers from people who have reached your level of experience.
I love this horse!! I really want to try my hand at airbrushing and customizing Breyer horses. Probably not going to be as good as kion at first go but hopefully with practice I will get good at it.

Oh poop .. I'm never gonna be able to do this... I've had a go at painting one and it's like a 2 year old has gotten into my paint box 😭😭 how long did it take to learn your craft?? Think I'm well past it to be honest, your horse looks amazing by the way!! I'd show you mine but you'd probably break a rib laughing 😂
Nah. Everyone at her level was once at yours. If you'll try and read more about this, think about your mistakes and try time and again, you'll learn. It takes time and practise.
Thank you for this. I just picked up my first beat up breyer with pieces missing (for the challenge!) and I’m watching all the “how I do it” vids while slowly sanding seams down. (Seems to be a rather poorly assembled Phar Lap model…) I’m intrigued with your sculpted feet - are you dremeling those out, too? I was thinking to just sand my hooves down a millimeter and add back with the apoxie. Just curious.
Hi! I got an Iwata Neo airbrush and I’ve never had an iwata before just some other brand I don’t know the name of. I tried to hook the gun up to my hose and the air went through the hose but not into the gun. Is there a certain adapter or something I need for an iwata gun? If so can u give me a link to one?
Your an amazing artist im going to do this but I think there are going to be a lot of trashed models till I get happy with my results. When the time comes do you mind if i pick your brain and ask for help please
The result is nice.. but I really wish you had kept the movement of the original body. A standing model is fine but I feel he could have been a lot more dynamic
Do you get invited to Breyerfest? I know you're a name in model horse circles, like StormyStrikes, a TH-camr customizer. I'm going to be doing a few horsie projects on my own channel. They're not as popular as doll customizing videos and that's such a shame. Maybe it's cause horses are harder? I'd love to get invited to Breyerfest, is what I mean. XD
"The less work, the better," she says, while completely reworking the pose of the entire model
No kidding
Nah fr
This is really cool. I never seen a custom build of a Breyer n nearly had a heart attack w the cutting. Great job! 😍😍❤️❤️
I know right

I love your profile pic!!
It’s so cool you got to grow up down the street from a fjord farm🙂🙃
*i know it’s off topic but it’s still cool
Lol agreed

Good grief, such talent and patience. Thank you for doing these
Her amazing work reminds me of Daisy Stall, they are both amazing horse crafters!! Love the work looks great 😍
I have often wished to do something with my Breyers but after watching your video I know my efforts would never do. You are a master for sure.
Wow! Excellent job with this documentation of customizing a Breyer. Thank you for this.

Very good work! Awesome job! Looks difficult but the detailing is so realistic! Your a true artist! Congrats!!
Here in the UK, it's called a Hogged mane x Really love your videos x
beautiful horse
He's so beautiful!! 😍🥺
I love this your video's. You have gained another subscriber 😊
8:55 how many times has your smoke alarm gone off lol 🤣
I think the customs look better than the actual breyers
That is why people make them
I really like kion!! He is so cute!! 😍😍❤ good job with it!! 😍😍❤❤❤
The pony you started with is bay pinto pony not haflinger. But your custums are AMAZING🤩
The haflinger mare is the name of the mold!
amazing artist 👌
I like seeing the complete process. Do you sketch the horse that you are planning to do prior to starting? Could you show others? Thanks
I wish I could customize like you
Hi hi! Can you customize Schleich horses like Breyers or Peter Stones?
Wow
Do you have the paint colors listed anywhere please?
Thank you for this. I just picked up my first beat up breyer with pieces missing (for the challenge!) and I’m watching all the “how I do it” vids while slowly sanding seams down. (Seems to be a rather poorly assembled Phar Lap model…)

Yep. That is how I would do it.
Oh sweet. Good to know my instinct is not failing me. :)
Do you do custom commissions?

I swear. In the state where the horse has the blue tape for a neck, and the legs aren’t rlly done yet. That’s gonna be in my nightmares XD

did breyer hire u!?!? they really should
I think they did
I have a question if you want to get into this hobby can you buy horses from Walmart and then paint them
OMG 😍
In nature you never find a true black, it is instead a very dark shade of brown most often
The result is nice.. but I really wish you had kept the movement of the original body. A standing model is fine but I feel he could have been a lot more dynamic
Can we buy your custom??
I am a sculptor and painter from Egypt, and I want to work with you. Do you agree?
Lol I changed my mind, really it’s not easy 😂

Breyerfest is a public event anyone can attend. You require a ticket to participate that is purchased online in advance.
Excelente trabajo, te felicito!!!!
