I love how people could just go buy a model but they go through all this trouble to create a work of art to share with others. Its amazing, you are so talented!
And another day is saved by your upload! I really enjoy watching you customize and it me, and a lot of others, great tutorials and useful tips! Thank you for sharing this with us :D
In your opinion is it easyer to do drastic custom on a classic sized or traditional? Also your customs are just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! With this it went from a extended walking pony to a standing fjord?! That's amazing!!
It depends. I think classic is the perfect in-between for beginners. It’s not too big thats it’s daunting and not too small that it’s hard to get detailing into.
I give you credit. That's so much work just to move a leg. No way Josie Young lady you did a fine job on that mane and tail. So why not just sculpt the whole thing?
maria toyos I would start with air-dry clay if you are just starting, and moving up to apoxie sculpt. For paint, it depends, you can hand paint, or use a airbrush, and pastels are always a good options.
It takes a couple hours to dry to handle. So you could sculpt more overtop. Fully cures overnight, to sand and drill. I do let it dry between layers so I don’t mess anything up.
I am bogar’s daughter. Payton. Wow 😮 so good 😊

How long does apoxie usually take to dry completely? Do you need to wait until one layer of clay dries to add another?

Such a beautiful horse! I wish I could send her a horse to customize for me or something. I'm really bad at customizing horses.
