The first theme here is absolutely stunning, the under water theme if i remember correctly. Legendary. Hardly anyone respects this type of music, this was very difficult to back in the day
Geoff Follin is a brutally overlooked C64 and video games composer in general. Very, and I mean VERY few composers could pull off a theme like the first in this video. It's psychedelic, yet poetic and beautiful, and totally appropriate for the kind of action the player is currently engaged in. The tune is very carefully structured, and way ahead of what the other composers on this platform were doing at the time (and there were a lot on the C64). His NES, Game Boy and SNES tunes are also great.
