I just got mine and I'm so excited to use it. I'm not a photographer by any means as I just want to capture daily mundane moments, so this camera is perfect for me and I actually like the sound it makes lol
Great video! I literally just got my first point & shoot (in over 25 years) on ebay. I am really impressed by the quality of your canon. The sounds of the film advance dont bother me at all. They trigger some sweet nostalgia for me. :)
THIS VIDEO IS SO HELPFUL, thatnk you, now i understand a lot better my new camera, bought it for 1 euro in a charity shop!! only need to get film and batterie :) its an amazin and simple camera
I recently got this camera around December for free from my father-in-law. He was cleaning one of his cupboards and gave it to me because he knows I'm into shooting film. It's my first point and shoot and I was not expecting great results out of it but it managed to give me some bangers. I especially like the fact that it zooms to 85mm. I feel like outside of an SLR it's hard to get such a compact film camera(of any kind) that has that long of a focal length. It's a nice focal length for closer portraits. My only gripe with it is that I wish it was ever so slightly wider on the wide end but they probably would have had to sacrifice the optics to make that happen.
Got one of these lovelies at my thrift and oml im in love. Just need to fix and clean it up some. Mines is a different type it swems sincebit has a record option. Been looking for a new portable tiny camera and this is purrrfect! I usually use an polaroid for the job so this is a nice switch
Would you say that this camera is a good camera to take to a concert? My main concern is the camera not being fast enough to take photos without the flash. Im going to be shooting with 800 iso film from kodak.
Hi. Just picked one up. Pretty new for the age. Came with a roll but it won’t advance/ grab the film. I see everything moving. Any issues with this before ?
Hello. I found this camera from our old box. And gave it to my daughter. She was so excited and immediately bought film and battery but upon using it. The film stucked we cant rewind it or even we tried to slowly pull out the film but it was so hard we didnt push through and decided to just leave it like that for a while. Do you know how can we remove the stucked film? Thanks in advance

I know! a wider focal length would definitely have made me keep it but alas its gone now. How are you enjoying yours? Any photos to share?
Damn! I almost fell out of my chair when I saw a photo from the 7/11 parkinglot around the corner from my place! Hahaha!
Thank you for the in depth review!! Just got this camera, about to develop my film I took for it. Also love the immaculate lighting you use

Fuji c200 for colour and Ilford Hp5 for black and white.
Is that ossington?
Yes it is! Good eye
I only works with DX film? Is there a way to use any film other than DX?
Yes there is but youd have to check what the default ISO setting is. I'm not too sure
