Hi vijitha, I have never kept the vadai or it never lasted more then 4 or 5 days in my house ., but u can keep the one with onion vadai for 1+ and the normal one for 3 + weeks

@@kalyaniselvam4296 this is not tattu vadai or even tattai, no steamed or all purpose flour (white or wheat flour) added to tattu vadai.. and in TN or Ap tattu vadai made with channa dal not urad dal this receipe must be unique to Northern Sri Lanka only
