    Why is 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross V cheaper by 300 thousand pesos?
    The Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid is a compact crossover SUV known for its fuel-efficient hybrid technology, practicality, and versatility. It benefits from Toyota's reliability and safety features while offering a modern design and various technological amenities. Toyota Yaris Cross is a subcompact crossover SUV that was introduced by Toyota. It's designed to offer the versatility and practicality of an SUV while retaining the compact dimensions and fuel efficiency of a smaller car.
    Size and Versatility:
    As a subcompact crossover, the Yaris Cross is smaller than Toyota's larger SUVs like the RAV4. This makes it well-suited for urban and city driving, as it can easily navigate through tight spaces while still providing some level of off-road capability.

    Wow, many thanks for covering this. Everyone else is like covering the hybrid, while the Toyota dealerships I've visited only has the hybrid variant. So I'm glad someone finally covered the middle variant. Kudos!

    And yes, as an owner of YarisCross HEV I can confidently say that this is worthy. Great Exterior and Interior Design, Engine is decent specially for City Driving and Impressive Low Gas Consumption. Features are surprisingly same with most chinese cars. Overall, this is a Great Car!❤

    I think this V variant will sell like pancakes here in the PH, well packed features for a japanese brand which is notorious for being behind in that category. Based on size and power output, Yaris cross V rivals with Hyundai Creta, but since they are priced almost the same, I think the obvious choice would be the Yaris cross. HR-V and Corolla Cross are different class but still Yaris Cross packs more features than those two. (Btw, chinese cars are out of the conversation here :D)

    If you will consume around 1K of gas every week and average 4K per month, which is 48K per year, you will use the car for 6.25 years before reaching the 300K price difference between the V non-hybrid and the Hybrid variant. During that time, your hybrid battery might need replacement soon as well.

      then you should do it to the gas variant too. i use 500 a day and thats not even edsa type traffic. thats 3500a week 14k a month, 168k a year. in the 2nd yr it would break even with the price of the car in the 3rd year it will be much expensive

    • @Kyle-kc8cw
      @Kyle-kc8cw 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +20

      I generally use up to 10k fuel per month on a 1.5L Vios. That's 120k in a year. Give or take, that's 3 years to reach the 300k mark. Also, 6 years is quite a short lifespan for a hybrid battery. My dad has a 2013 Prius, and the battery for that was only changed this year, and it wasn't even because it needed a change. He just decided to because it has been 10 years...
      Another thing to take note of is that Toyota resale value is always great. So you could always just trade this in for a new car after the warranty ends, eliminating the cost of battery replacement from your side.

    Man all dem crossovers have a tough competitor with the Yaris Cross, considering that this car have equally great space and amenities for the rear passengers. I mean, not even the Ford Territory has the same driver assist as the Yaris Cross; BR-V and CR-V are overpriced; going Chinese is like jumping off a cliff; Subaru Forester is 700k more expensive. 🤷‍♂
