I watched the Two Martins videos a ridiculous amount when I was a little kid. Haven't ridden for years and just got back in to it and still Martyn Ashton is the king to watch and get inspired. We used to watch Cunning Stunts and then ride around the street wearing dressing gowns over our clothes...
great video and love the ending. Reminds me though of a video I can't find now, where a awesome rider was at an indoor bike park and had a buddy was I believe was a local delivery driver, i.e., not a rider. The rider would pull trick after trick and his buddy would try to copy it and just wipe out every time. The dude was immortal though and just kept trying everything. It's been at least five years so if anyone knows the video please reply.
+Marsh Paull you can pull the bike without clips. Go see some trials and bmx videos. what you need is bmx like steel pedals, they are wide for improoved grip, i wish i had seen this vid way back, i wouldnt have strugled so much to learn. BTW 1:11 he slips off the pedal, no clip there
+Explore&ShootTV no he s using different bikes and there s a moment when the pedals are in line with the ground and he pulls his immobilized bike up anyway; had they been flat it would defy the laws of gravity
Marsh Paull R u talking about 1:15 ? You can do that with bmx pedals, just push your handlerbar front while pushing the pedal back, im not saying he was without clips, i dont know, but you dont need clips for that
I'm sure you're just a troll but if not the technique is called unweighting. You put all your weight to the front of the bike allowing the back to lift
But how I suppose to pull up the bike with my feet when the other feer is pulling it down with my own weight? I know is only about push it put but still feelin weird for me Nice vid btw! rlly funny :D
This is gold!. 2019, looking for a how to video on this topic, I haven't found a better one yet.
Martyn Ashton pretending his bicycle is a motorbike and doing the sound effects, brilliant!

Still one of the best How-To`s!!!
This video has aged beautifully.

It's all done with flat pedals, I wouldn't want to ride trials clipped in to the bike!
It looks like you wear clips indeed. You re pulling your bike up when lifting your the rear, it s obvious
+Marsh Paull you can pull the bike without clips.

Great video. Those yellow giant trials bikes go for a fortune on ebay

Man how far mountainbikes have come since then.
Sorin Vasile Bogdan But it's the rider - as this shows. And these bikes were still fun!
But how I suppose to pull up the bike with my feet when the other feer is pulling it down with my own weight? I know is only about push it put but still feelin weird for me
Nice vid btw! rlly funny :D
Is that Martyn Ashton at 4:10 ish?

Hans 'No fucking chance' Rey!
haha this vid changed my life XD
good video 4:19 is very funny
0:25 his wings come out, cheat.
You guys are riding on hard-tails. How about full suspension bikes??
Hardtail is better for most cross country biking and is ok for free ride. But its kinda a preference thing
Hardtails are ideal for trial riding, total control of the rear wheel for balancing/landing/bunnyhopping. Full-suspension messes with the balance.
are those 29" ?
nice 90´s video :)
Can this be done with flat pedals?
+username33432 Yes, you can do it with any type of bike or pedals. It's all about the technique.
0:57 - Chocolate foot?
I don't think I have one. Maybe that's why I don't get it, lol
How even!? I ride bmx but i was curious and jezus he floats up walls

TH-cam didn't exist when Danny was a kid.
