First snowfall of winter. I take this opportunity to cook something and to take a hot bath in my wood-heated tub.
As you will ask me, the ingredients for the pasta are:
150 gr of semolina
150 grams of flour
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
For the ragù:
Oil
onions, celery and carrots.
Minced meat (500 gr)
Red wine
tomato pulp
A little broth (if needed)
Salt and pepper

It takes much hard work to have a 'simple' life, but the rewards fuel the senses- the forest solitude of your cabin, the smell of the sauce simmering, the steam rising around the flag, the view over the mountains from your hot tub as you soak away the cold- how well this time is spent. This is why we subscribe and watch for notifications!

I live in the mountains above the Pacific Ocean and believe I made the best decision when I moved here. Now I hear owls and coyotes @ night and throughout the day when I'm home, there is only the songs of birds and their chirping: No car sounds, voices, alarms, or other man-made sounds. I start watching this video and immediately a sense of calm reality came over me. I was hoping it was a dream. One that I would recall in the morning. Thankfully my daydream continued unaware that it was a video. It was so real to me even tho I live in middle Tennessee. Everything he does and how it's done can be done by all willing to try. Mi piacciono questi video ASMR, soprattutto se girati la sera-notte tra la cena e il letto. Dovresti farne di più. Lo so che ti concentri molto sugli scenari esterni, ma il calore, il fuoco scoppiettante del camino, i colori rilassanti delle pareti e la sicurezza della baida non hanno prezzo. C'è tanta gente, in una società così stressante, che quotidianamente si fa maxi dosi di video notturni rilassanti. Io ho iniziato a vederti grazie ad uno di questi video.👍👍👍👍
