    Not a big fan of those safety boxes .
    Easily found straight away and even bolted to the wall or furnitur a determined thief with a few tools can easily get it off and walk away with it , doesn't need to open it , all done reasonably quickly .
    I like my safety boxes at the reception as they have them at the Sawasdee chain , never had an issue in 25 years , totally secure and watched over .
    Great video as always , thank you .

      @jaypay1252 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have a million dollars you can invest in dividend growth stocks with a dividend yield between 3-3.5 percent. That gives you an income stream of 30-35k a year and it will grow every year. Furthermore if you invest in stocks that have qualified dividends (most US stocks have qualified dividends) the dividends are taxed as capital gains and not income. You don’t even pay any capital gains taxes until you make more than 39k. In other words the 30-35k dividend payments you get would be tax free, you wouldn’t pay a dime of taxes on them (unless you have other sources income that pushes your yearly income past 39k).
      You can easily live off of that income for the rest of your life in Thailand without even touching the underlying million dollars. In fact because you’d be invested in stocks it’s more likely that your stocks will increase in value over time.
