Hi Super Dacob, I got a great laugh from the plane analogy. I have 2 friends & their spouses who holiday together, 1 couple fly 1st class, the other “cattle class”. Both friends are business owners but my friends that fly “cattle class” always state “they figure the front & the back end of the plane end up @ the same airport”. In their opinion this gives them more spending dollars on the ground (makes sense to me). I think most people on the planet have no funds to be invited to the vvip boutiques because the spending needs to be very high to even be invited… its all gone insane expensive in the last few years…
There will probably be the same products in both regular and vvip boutiques but the vvip boutiques might have more stock or more rare items more readily available maybe

That entrance made me think of a gym in school, with the lines painted for basketball games or something. Disappointing. A lot of business class seats in flights are purchased with air miles from credit card points, customers rarely spend actual money on them. If I had a successful business and the credit card points I would fly business class on long flights. But you're right, first class probably isn't worth it.
If the business seat is free through redeemed pints then great but that is not what we are talking about here and also, last I checked, Chanel did not have points to be redeemed for access to their vvip boutiques haha 😂😂
The exterior looks like a Sephora after bankruptcy and the interior looks like any nice hair salon in any major city. It’s sad really because it offers NOTHING beyond the VIP label. Nothing but pretense. You’re right - a total scam. Low effort Chanel!!!
Its sad , i have seen how much you loved Chanel over the years and how much you wanted to live the beautiful dream that it seemed to feed , now it made you bitter , but no matter the situation now , u can still continue that dream in your heart , its like a love story that ended painfully , he might have gone , you separated ways , but that does not stop you to live your dream in your mind , its not real , but reality isnt real anyway , nothing is , even Coco is just a story now , a story nobody really knows the real facts of. I am not bitter at all though. All good. I am now sharing all my knowledge with others and am researching what is happening with these luxury brands each day. Raising awareness about the situation we are in. There is no reason to be bitter. My life never revolved around these brands. They are fun topic but life is elsewhere.
Your argument about the differences between the classes in planes is faulty. Yes we're all equal in terms of time spent in the plane and death but the issue is how we spent our time: did we spend 8 hours cramped in a small place with a bag of peanut or in a comfortable seat with more legroom. Is it worth 2000 or 10 000 dollars more? No. But if offered i would still take an upgrade anytime. As for the private Chanel salons, I'm guessing the interest is more privacy (which is particularly appreciated in China 😉😉) and more TIME with a SA. Anyhoo, just my 2 cents.

But nobody is offering a free upgrade so your argument is faulty by default.
