I don't understand quite a few people are dissatisfied with Jefferey Dean Morgans looks. David Morrissey looked NOTHING like the governor in the comics. Andrew Lincoln doesn't even look like Rick! The way I see it is if they put there acting skills to 100% use and they are extremely dedicated to fleshing out there respected characters as best as they can, I don't care about aesthetics

The Governor in the comics honestly looked like a white Danny Drejo & would have looked pretty stupid in live action if they casted someone who looked like that & Andrew Lincoln looks close enough to Rick from the comics especially with how he ages throughout the show. I feel like people just don't like the fact that Jeffery Dean Morgan looks way older than Negan does in the comic considering in the comics he is in his late 30's - early 40's while Jeffery Dean Morgan was 50 when he first appeared at the end of S6.

And I like the fact and what people may not notice is that Jeffrey is really tall on the show as he is in the comics. I've never watched a single episode of the walking dead, not because I thought the show wasn't any good, I normally wait until shows end and binge on Netlix. I didn't know a thing about the characters, but when I saw a picture of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, smiling while holding a bat, I knew he was playing a hardcore, any means necessary,brutal survivalist leader. He was scary on "The Watchmen". He went from smiling camaraderie during a team photo op to sexually assaulting/raping a fellow hero. He's a great actor, both he and Powers Boothe, have that grinning, laid back, evil, corrupt, serial killer character routine down to a science.

True, and I know it's based on the Alan Moore graphic novel. It's just that I always associate the word Watchmen, with the famous quote, "who guards the guards?", or the the more familiar version, "who watches the watchmen?"

You're very insightful. A couple years ago, I read The Walking Dead comic book series up to volume 22 and since then, I have forgotten some parts of March to War and both parts of All Out War. Listening to your videos has not only helped me remember these events but also understand them better and on a deeper level than when I first read them. Kirkman really is a genius when it comes to his writing. It's very deep and true to human nature of what we can become living in a world where there's no government and essentially no rules. Can't wait to see the events in the television show!!

BertLiveStreamz Channel. It still doesent matter really, even if it was on their skin/clothes, they'd most likely still be fine. Like they said, they'd get infected by the ssmallest scratch. The key word there was scratch because the blood would most likely have to get into your blood stream to infect you. Thats just what I'm getting from this because they have gotten zombie blood on them before when killing them.

......how about a version where the rival groups of survivors find a new even more evil to conquer... say, while scavenging, they come across an old mental hospital, and unwittingly release the entire congregation of the westboro baptist church, it takes the combined efforts of negan and ricks poeple to finally destroy the stinking rotting brain eating creatures.....and the undead, by this time they all sit down and learn that only by standing together, and forgetting the past can they carry on..........😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

While I enjoy JDM role as Negan, I think it would have been better if they could have gotten Henry Rollins, as that is who the role was based on.
I keep seeing JDM and thinking The Watchmen, or The Winchester Brothers are going to show up.

Henry Rollins isn't washed out, hell if you need proof of that watch Sons of Anarchy. He was great in that. Their is a intensity in Rollins you can't find in JDM performance of Negan, Rollins is like that in a everyday conversation. Rollins isn't a amazing actor agreed, but, this isn't acting for him it's him being himself.

Man the comics situation with Negan seems so much better. Like there's an actual conflict rather than the predictable bullshit we have in the tv show right now.
In the comics Rick seems to actually have his shit together and while he is affected by the deaths of his friends, he still has a firm hold on his balls and isn't backing down entirely. He plays it smart, or tries to at least.
The tv show features Negan cutting off Ricks balls and wearing them around his neck. No fight back, just rolling over. We know where it's headed, its the common cliche of hero looses stuff, gives up, eventually comes back. Right now its just a painful waiting period until the story finally decides that Rick can have his balls back. As much as I fucking love Negan, overall, the TV show disappoints me.

Claudia Kraatz Killing Glenn served the story. Cutting off Rick's hand hurt the story. Glenn's death was powerful and shocking. Rick losing his hand was just short sighted shock value.

iSnO One -- Yeah. "All Out War" is my favorite part of the entire comic book story. I love seeing Rick and Negan one-up each other in battle. Their relationship in the comic is truly something else.

How do you think the Negan using zombie blood on their weapons work in the show? Because I recall many instances where this idea didn't apply in the show.
Those were show inconsistencies, I'm sure they'll do it on the show.
That would be SO inconsistent if they did though. How many times on the show have we seen someone with an open wound fighting a zombie, and in turn getting splashed with infected blood? Literally countless times.
Brian Jones it's not getting splashed. It's getting a cut infected with said blood, it's getting scratched with the blood on a weapon, etc. for all intents and purposes, nobody had a cut and had zombie blood get in it on the show.

Coating weapons in zombie and using it as a poison of sorts is going to be nonsensical if they do it. Hell, we already know as of the show they are poisoning the saviors with zombie fed livestock.... Don't see them all turning, do we? Although I'm sure they will come up with some excuse as to it being cooked or some half baked shit.

Never read comic, first time viewer of this upload and I am instantly hooked and subscribing!
I was surprised at how thin JDM was when he first showed up as Negan. Just picturing him as the Comedian in Watchmen and he was fairly big in that. Looks like the comic book character is pretty beefy as well. From what I was just reading, he lost weight to play Erasmus Smith in "Texas Rising" last year and stayed on that diet. Meh - no big deal I guess, I was just a bit surprised by his slimmed down look.
This would be an awesome ending for the season 7 finale
