If you have Disney+ you can set the audio to Chinese (中文) or Chinese（普通话), both are Mandarin but the former is from Taiwan and the latter is from mainland China

The video contains several inaccuracies.
Firstly, Mulan was of Turkic origin and therefore would not have spoken any Sinitic languages.
Secondly, during Mulan's time, simplified communist characters did not exist. Therefore, even if Mulan spoke and wrote in sinograms, she would not have used this type of incorrect script. During the time of Mulan, people in Northern Asia spoke Middle Chinese rather than Modern Mandarin.
