语境不一样。’打扰‘更日常一些，比如，’打扰你下，能告诉我车站怎么去吗‘。而干涉日常基本不用，汉语有些词本身由两个近义字构成，’干，干预；涉，涉足‘，表示你成长的计划正在进行，被人横叉一脚，影响计划正常进行，这时候可以说，我被干涉了。
干涉更严重一点，一般用于两国外交

可能应该是 “姥爷全部买给他”。但是 “买给” 不存在。

How is this helping anybody? No English subtitles. Zero context. And instead of it being a natural conversation it's just one person talking. You won't ever hear Chinese like this on the streets.
