I have this 8 camera 4K Enforcer System in the USA and lose remote visibility when away from home through the App. Also on 2 cameras I lose the ability to set off the flashing lights icon in the App as well. After spending hours trying to fix it and hours on the phone with tech support who are very helpful I finally discovered myself- Only unplugging the DVR resets it returning all functions including ability for remote viewing so testing it before I leave the home is required on cell phone data turning off Wifi. Note: unplugging the White DVR does not lose my original settings, I have to do this every 4 days. A restart in the DVR does not work at all only unplugging it..
I am interested in the 16 cam Poe set. But have some questions, do all cameras have spotlight,r/b flash, and alarm sound? And they can filter out my dogs? And there are no monthly fees for the app? And if I have a old laptop that is connected on the same lan network than can I setup a VPN to that laptop so I don't need an app? And does the nvr have a battery for when power gets cut?

I have the same problem I unplug the DVR wait 30 seconds plug it back in this should work it does for me. Note a restart from the DVR itself does not work only a hard reboot by unplugging it. Swann Tech Support had me download "Video Management Software" program for my laptops, for my cell phone app I downloaded Swann Security app they all work.

Yes I agree , I’ve got a 3wifi neo smart cam that cost £25 each and the picture quality it’s by far superior than the swan enforcer that cost me a couple hundreds of pounds 🙄

Hi im struggling to set up the 24h recording on the 1080p I cant seem to get it off detection only

This system is a very poor picture quality system (Swann 4K Enforcer). Tech support was no help.
Did u have the 1080p one or 4k
