NEGROS ESCAPADE: A TRIP TO THE CITY OF SMILES, BACOLOD! EXPLORING THE RUINS, LAKAWON AND FOREST CAMP

- First stop of the trip is at The Ruins Mansion, situated at Talisay City, Negros Occidental. An Italianate mansion built in early 1900s, razed during World War II, with a restaurant & landscaped gardens.
We stayed overnight at Lakawon, an island off the coast of Cadiz. A perfect place for a camping vacay away from the city. Island also offers boat transfers, hotel accommodation, and water activities.
7-hours away from Bacolod City is a premiere nature resort in Valencia, Negros Oriental! The Forest Camp Nature Resort is 2.5 Hectares of nature at its best, a valley under a canopy of tropical, indigenous forest trees. It has a river passing through its landscape with 9 cold spring swimming pools designed to appear like natural lagoons formed by the river.
* Entry and exit point via Bacolod-Silay International Airport
* Safety protocols were followed during the entire trip.

Hello. How to get back to Bacolod City from Lakawon? I mean, where is the Ceres Bus Terminal in Cadiz?
Hi Rick, just tell the trike driver to drop you off at Burgos stop-over terminal. That's the same terminal na bababaan mo going Lakawon. Along national highway yun and dun nag stop over mga ceres bus bound to Bacolod City. No need pumunta sa pinaka terminal sa Cadiz, masyadong malayo na.

Yah…talaga ngang malayo pag land travel…best way to go to Dumaguete from Manila direct flight for Dumaguete…but di ko alam if after pandemic if may flight schedule sila from Manila…mismong Dumaguete madami ka ng mapuntahan
