There are buses plying Bacolod San carlos via DSB...just head to the ceres south terminal and look for bus with a sign board San Carlos via Don Salvador..don't the bus heading to Cebu via Don salvador..they are hefty expensive...DSB is only 42 kilometers away from bcd
