I think that on USPTO there is a way to be more precise on the Tredemark's search, and it's to filter by exact word and try to see if it's for t-shirts or something else if it's so it's not risky ... I hope you understand me and I wait for your answer ... thank you

@@MerchCampus a typeset trademark IS a text trademark. But they used typeset for text trademarks prior 2003. After that, they changed it to "4-standard character mark".

should be good to go 👏it's a typeset trademark, which means more for the stylizing (font/color/shape) of the mark

try out the one niche, use different keywords in each listing, price low, do anything to get the sales to tier up 👏

I've sold more than the ten products and didn't tier up but had some trademarks rejections before and one takedown ,is that why?!
