Bailey's distress with wearing a pad cause you dont want to feel it, i totally relate. Wearing a pad makes me nervous all the time for that exact reason lol
I wear pads because the thought of using tampons scares me, but my main issue(s) with them are (1) when they bunch up, (2) when they stick to my butt, (3) when they shift to one side, and (4) when they give me (what feels like) diaper rash. I've been using the Always Flex Foam ones, and I like them, but these are all the issues I have with pads.
I have soooooo much respect for women who are not afraid to discuss things like this. We all go through it and it’s informative and interesting to see other women’s experiences.
I love when u make videos like this because I grew up with 2 brothers 7+years older than me, and a family that isnt so open with periods, so i never got the sister relationship or advice. People say they dont like having sisters, but I would die to have one, and these videos make me feel like i have an older sister i can talk to. Thank you💗.

I'm european too and always used an applicator. And all the brands I've seen in my country come with one like the blue in the video. Only one brand that I know comes without.

I love using the disc!! It’s so comfy and holds sm but I still use tampons sometimes because I haven’t gotten over the learning curve/mess of emptying it in public 😅
I love these videos so much! One thing that most people don’t know, is that when your in the water, your period gets so lite that barley any blood comes out! The problem would be when you get out and the blood comes out, but hopefully the water would stop it from coming out :)

Love the nails!! 🥰 I'm a 59 year old woman with 11 and 12 year old girls. I had a hysterectomy 20 or so years ago. All I ever did were pads unless swimming. I didn't find tampons comfortable or reliable to prevent spotting. The only exception was the Rely brand, but using those and finding out about toxic shock issues with them really scared me off of tampons. I appreciate you teaching me about new options on the market before my girls need them! 🤗
You guys definitely need to try the brand Knix! It has period proof undies and bathing suits and so many other things! Such a great company and the products are so amazing! Also heard something crazy that if you use tampons over pads or leak proof undies, your period will be longer and have more painful cramps! Kinda crazy to think!

I guess it’s so that you don’t get your hands dirty, although I guess that never completely works and I hope every girl washes their hands after no matter what. In Germany the applicators don’t even exist. You just have the cotton tampon and I feel like we just learned how to not make a mess inserting them😂 I guess it would help for starters to insert a tampon with the applicator, but it definitely also works completely waste free, even without the reusable applicator🤷♀️ Love you guys, have a great day😘
I wish more people would use cups instead of tampons cause they're more eco friendly 🥺. It does take a few tries but its great especially for girls who are at school. You can go the whole school day without changing it and be able to do it in the comfort of your own home. It made my school experience so much better!

@@boebiee85rinse it out and only cold wash. Can't day I've noticed ant issues with clots I suspect same as pads but I have never had any issues with them
The reusable applicator is intriguing. I've been using tampons with cardboard applicators my whole menstruating life, but I'm finding them harder and harder to find in stores lately. But the plastic ones seem more terrible to me. (I operate under the assumption that the cardboard ones would eventually break down in a landfill? Gross... let's not think about that too much.) I may need to try ordering that.
Yesss I used to wear tampons but I started wearing the Victorias Secret ones like two years ago and I LOVE them. I hate pads, but the period underwear is so comfy!! I only ever wear tampons if I have to dress up and go in public. Everyone I told about them thought it was so gross, but once they tried it they never went back!!

I bought Thinx period underwear about a year ago and it was honestly life changing. My periods are so much easier to get through now.
