I tried to add the link from Amazon and they dont have them for sale at the moment the next cheapest was 400 bucks each which is getting up there in cost I thought about using the 1 ton stands but I would rather be sure it will be strong enough
If I get u the dimensions how much will u charge me to build a bridge for a 79 regal I've been working on it for some years.. it used to be a famous lowrider the original green with envy. But got passed around down here in casa grande Arizona. Alot of people put there hands in it I'm just trying to get her cruzzin again
It's coming a long I wanted to wait to release this video untill I had some of the frame up but I'm running out of loaded videos my computer is junk right now and I cant seem to find anyone that can fix it
hadn't thought of the need to cut the stand to account for the angle. great point. thank you.
Back in 2008 I used a couple three wheeled engine stands for a rotisserie for my '58 Pontiac frame. Worked perfect for painting.
For years I've wanted to take one of my Mini shells and use my engine stands to do just what you did here. tHanks for the tips and motivation...
I should have made this years ago!
@@thecadillacdanshow8658 Yeah but you were doing other cool stuff then...and just think of how much easier everything will be going forward.
Thanks yo. I found the engine stands and I'm definitely going to make me one so I can pai t my frame
It made it so much easier

Great idea. Was wondering if shimming those wheels would have straightened it out rather than cutting?
Maybe you would probably need to shim all four front wheels its probably easier just cutting the upright post
how much you reckon your frame weighs? i'm thinking of doing this with a stripped down 240Z, which they say weighs about 600#
Looking good can you shoot me the link to the stands you used?

Wisconsin Raygun
Counldnt you just put biggie castors on the back to level it out without cutting the stand
I guess it would be possible it was easier and cheaper just to cut it
@thecadillacdanshow8658 thanks for the feedback
