Nice one, Clive. I've found don't show anyone you can do a good poached egg because they'll make you do it again and again. Especially when they're drunk.
Tell you what, since your video where you gave me tips on bread everything has changed. It was SO the not kneading enough. My ideal geniunely was to get bread like crappy white 25p loaves and I'm getting that same inside but with the crust of my choice. I got a much better feel for when the hydration is right, too, and even when I've had to do a loaf with plain flour it's come out as good as the crumb on Asda Tiger bread. Thanks, mate - you really made a difference.

    Yum yum, looked absolutely delicious.
I love smoked Haddock, the wife would have gone mad for that dish too.
Like your cooking videos Clive I wondered about doing a few myself but think I will continue playing the village idiot.😂😂😂😂
    Cheers mate and stay safe👍👍👍

Do it, dude! Well, if you've got any time on your hands to fill. Us buggers'll always watch it, alone to make sure some other bugger don't go "Why int you cookered me up something like that?"

Wow..that looks amazing. Never had much success with cooking rice but your method for risotto is one to try and with smoked haddock what’s not to like👌🏻. Well done mate👍🏻

Steve, if I cook rice for a curry it’s thick and gloopy and is awful, I’m hopeless at it, but risotto is so easy! I love this dish, it’s so easy and tasty!
      Cheers 🍻🍻🍻

@@CuttersChoiceHomebrew Have you got a pressure cooker, Clive? They're amazing for rice. Put in the same volume of water as rice - depending on the rice or you cooker you might have to do a bit more, like only 20%. Then get it up to pressure, leave it 5 minutes and turn off the heat until it depressurises. Then stir it up, put the lid back on if you like and let it stand another 5 minutes. It's the best. If you've got one of those fancy electric ones they really keep the steam in compared to the old ones.
If you haven't then always use tons of water.
