- Just like you guys asked! I am doing some pulls with my E90 335i to show you guys how fast the car actually is. If you are new to the channel the car is currently on a OTS e40 MHD map with 17t chinese ebay turbos, full bolt on and besides that it is all suspension and cosmetic related parts.
Well done lads! Impressive times for the OTS map. 7.9 is a fast street car. Can’t wait to see Jess in the 5 second 100-200 club!

Guys, the 60 -130 timing is not supposed to “start at 57mph”. It supposed to be part of your overall full acceleration test from 0 to 1/2 mile or even to 200 mph. Meaning, there is no such this as a “momentum boost” if you start at 50 or 20. If people think the time is invalid because they are starting at a lower speed they just don’t understand how things work and probably shouldn’t own a powerful car.

Hell yeah man, I installed my 11 blade 17ts about 3 weeks ago but i only have like 200 miles on them. Im only on my base map 20psi 93oct and it scoots. I beat a stock tuned jeep trackhawk yesterday

Thank you Gentlemen! It would be cool if Dragy could let you create a detailed profile of your setup and upload it to a database in the app comparing all the different setups. Over time this would give us a ton of information on the performance delta between upgrading from part x to part y without having to compare different dyno readings which aren't the greatest representation of real world performance
Yea dyno is definitely not the best representation, I’m going to dyno the car at another place to see what the car makes on a different dyno

Okay lets set this straight. I doesn't matter what you do to make the car go as fast as it can. If it can do it then it does it. That's IT! Brake boost isn't cheating it's a wise way to get the car to take off faster with the power it can put down. If you have the Anti Lag and use it GOOD for you! It is still the car doing what it can to make that time. Period.

Awesome vid brother!! Turbos gave out me recently “also part of my oil issue” thinking of getting these bad boys. I’ve changed any type of gaskets and pcv valves etc ..but while i have this big job ahead of me. anything else you recommend me upgrading ???

I got the ebay 19Ts. I'm making right around 500whp on shitty 92 octane with custom Doc Vu tune @20 psi. If I could do it over again, I'd go with the frankenTurbos f21BI turbos. They're true 18Ts and cost around the same as ebay route once you buy inlets/outlets. Brand name with a real warranty. They're based in portland, OR. Check it out.

Weird the dyno numbers were that high and only led to a 9.1sec 60 to 130mph.
I'm on 142k miles stock turbos on rfp e60 ots map at 9.2sec. On the v5 e40 it's at 9.4sec. Took off from around 55mph too and no brake boost.
I’m sure I can get into 8s with some effort and maybe without a passenger
@@SwapDepot True it's possible. Only tried 3 times. I might try again and shift at 5500 or 6k rpm then redline 4th gear. I'm also a MT and I wish I had no lift shift feature.

How have they worked out?
You do realize that people have done 5.xs 60-130 with flow max hybrids on a n54 lol. So they would gap you by about 40 cars on a roll race in 5 seconds LOL... Every 0.1 second is a car gap on a 1/4 mile
Did you go into the options in the v5 map and change anything or flash the map as is?

stocks rattle more then maracas at a mexican festival. which 17t do u recommend? ive heard some bad things about the 11 blade compared to the 6+6. any thoughts or opinions appreciated!

No balancing done on mine, just adjusted the wastegates

I probably missed you mentioning it at some point, but what clutch and flywheel are you running? Mine has started slipping at stage 2+ (original clutch, 110k miles) and im not sure what to get, considering Xtreme Clutch in case i want to for single/bigger twins in the future, but it is pretty expensive.

My E92 N55 on PS2 custom tune 93 octane did 60 -120 in 8.3. that's slow ?
That's pretty quick compare to other cars. A gtr new one runs like 9.5 or 10 second 60 o 130 so your good. But it can be a lot faster you need to get atleast in 7.5 but you would have to play with shifts there's way to run faster.

That’s not how it works. 60-130 is 60-130.
The right way to do a 60-130 is to do what u said not to do. That’s slower than my 340 xDrive was on a OTS map starting at 55mph on a over 1% incline. If you do a 1/4 run, and go to 130 it’ll give u times for everything you selected if you go far enough. It’s not cheating to spool your turbo and start before 57 mph. Your car should be faster than a stock turbo 340 on a OTS map even in 80 degrees.😂
No not really. It’s a 600 crank horsepower manual 11 year old MINIMUM car. There are plenty of stock turbo b58’s that run 8 and 9 second 60-130’s in their sleep. Technology has come very far in a very short time span.

9.1 sec is pretty good for having a passenger. If you were by yourself you would have done a mid 8sec 60-130 💯. Best time I did with my 17ts with jsr tune e40 with meth is 7.2 sec 60-130 valid.
