You know that when the post of the concerned Govt.employee is abolished then he does not want join in lower grade post.So,in this case he is getting compensation pension.So due to dismissal/Removal,the concerned Govt.employee eligible for compassionate pension,which can not exceed 2/3rd of Compensation pension.
