Which of the following is not counted as qualifying service for pensionary benefits at the time of retirement. a) period of training b) extraordinary leave c) period of suspension

Period of training is counted in qualifying service,EOL with medical certificate and EOL without Medical Certificate for essential and scientific study and not reaching office due to civil commotion and it is declared as EOL included in qualifying service and in other cases EOL without Medical Certificate not included in qualifying service.
Period of suspension is not declared as duty period is not included in qualifying service but suspension period declared as duty period included in qualifying service
