I am new to Baradul and MWO, but Baradul always plays brawler. Sure, he makes harassers, fire support, assassins, scouts, etc. but no matter the build, he brawls. And I respect a street fighting man
A year or 2 ago this was an absolute favourite of mine, however I always ran it with a UAC20 matched with the LMGs. I think I had to shave a little armour off to have enough ammo but it really did work for me and was a lot of fun. If you want the ECM back then it still works quite well with only the arm LMGs too and plenty of people underestimate you, without realising the size of your boom stick.
Nice, I been thinking about making a video of the shadow cat in MW5, nice to see your take on a MWO build. One of my favorite mediums. Very entertaining play.
I prefer it with and ultra ac/20 and lmgs, in prolonged matches it may run out of ammo but for the most part it is nice. The lmgs have the same range as the uac20 so they really compliment it
I always love older mechs in play. I'm wondering is Dragon has any competing builds these days, and hunchback. I used to be a pro with the medium laser hunchie several years ago. Battlemaster can mount 8 or 9 medium layers and still run 85-90kph. The mounts are tricky with that one.
Dragon 1G (from promo). BLC + LPPs + MRM10 in the center. High mount for BNC allows to strip armour early an then do some pin-point hits with nice rocket seasoning. And you can completely rid off MRMs and take NARC + maximize the speed.
Huh! I was playing this build earlier today! Mine has regular machine guns though. Think I will change them to lights so they have a little more range.
I was mistaken. I have a UAC20 instead of the 10 and I changed the machine guns out for light machine guns. First match after doing the switch, I forgot to change out the ammo to the light ammo. OOPS!
Shadow Cat is the final boss of almost every map. Untill you dont kill him you cant win the match.
What I like right now in this mech is a HAG20 and three ER-MLs or Heavy Lasers.

As a Shadow Cat I need to try this building
Nice one, gonna try it tonight, love the shadowcat

Great fun! You can try the innersphere Assassin equivalent with the UAC-10 torso mount too
Wow honestly a very fun build thanks for sharing
"think this is my spot" - Baradul
"you got lost pal?" - Madcat 2

Love this mech. I run it with 2 ac2s and 3 mgs. Good for poking and mgs are good for getting in close late game
That second game was brutal. Dropping ECM lures enemies to their death.
Great channel man. Just getting back into the game. Thanks for the upload and I'm lookin forward to more. +1 sub.
I bet this thing will be fun with AP Gauss rifles when they come out.

In my prime I would run a SRM shadow cat. I loved it. Super brawly, distracting, and damaging. The cat is so good in so many ways.
That's one aggressive Shadow Cat :o

Nice Salt n' Peppa reference. :)
Thanks for the video
Damn that was great!!!
baradul you are goated with the damn sauce
I wonder how this mech will do with the upcoming AP Gauss Rifles.
Do you think Cackoss is Dutch?
This is more like a Dakka Cat than a Shadow Cat.
You can't beat fast Dakka..!
Without ECm it's just a cat
Come on man, go a challenge - CTF-4X without UAC(20+10/10+10etc) build, try to find what that underbalanced thing can do those days! 😊
4 AC5 ! Challenge Accepted!
cataphract is a pretty bad mech dude. Thats the only mech ive ever sold.
@@Anon-te6uq It is - but why not challenge myself a little?
