Used Krisflyer Amex card for 10 years. The service is world class. And you can get to talk to someone who can immediately do the waiver!
Late fee and annual fee can be waived within reasonable spending. Got a dispute? Their dispute team have saved me a lot of unjustified cases.
The other cards that I have is really hard to even find someone to talk to and most of the time, they can’t follow up. I had to chase for over a year. Just machines.
It’s really so good that I watched your video just to vouch for them. A few miles poorer long term but the thousands they saved me on disputes and fees has much covered it.
Even if you cancel the Amex card, they sent along a voucher for unredeemed points for my other cards.

@@chinchowpowpook oh the service and the perks. No point getting fee waiver for a card you don’t use. You do earn lesser miles per dollar but you safe on conversion fees.
Unless, you got perfect service from other banks about dispute, fee waiver. I seldom get a human being from other banks now.
Lost your card overseas? They will courier one right to you. Fraud or dispute case? They will have a team to fight for your rights.

For freelancer, would prefer KrisFlyer HighFlyer card it can earn 1.8mpd for all transactions including Grab top up

From my experience, being a regular user of UOB Krisflyer, they dont seem willing to approve the waiver fees. Not sure about any similar experience with other users.
But I have to say its still a really great card for travelling with Scoot.

Krisflyer Amex cards has good bonus miles. Additional this card is really for different class of people in terms of their spending.
